I have been living in my RV for a few months in WA State and we get a ton of rain and wet weather and I was having condensation issues especially around my bed in the back near the windows. Someone suggested that I buy a dehumidifier. I did some research and I bought the Perfect Aire dehumidifier and I am pleased to say that the problem is solved! This is a nice dehumidifier for the price and it works great! Made a huge difference for me in wet, winter weather in the Pacific Northwest. I recommend this brand as it is easy to use and set up.

The dehumidifier worked great the first humid season. It controlled the dampness in my entire downstairs (800 sq. ft.).

Using a standard hose, it drained properly without leaking, and I did not have to empty the tank.

I once contacted Perfect Aire Customer Support with a question about the unit's operation. I got a satisfactory answer without having to wait on hold.

Some reviews state that they do not perform up to par in the subsequent seasons, so we shall see when I set it up again this spring/summer.

I purchased this unit two or three weeks ago at a local hardware store. Today I saw a red light on the unit indicating that the water level was low, so I added water, but I could not get the light to turn green and could not get the unit to mist. I called and spoke with a customer service rep, who was nice enough, but who ultimately was not able to solve the problem. He then sent me a link asking me to find my store receipt and to provide other information. I charge my clients $425 an hour for my services, so it's simply not worth jumping through the manufacturers hoops on a unit that cost me $60 or $70. I intend to just buy a new unit from another manufacturer using amazon, and I will hope for the best. I can't imagine why any product like this would cease to work properly after just a few weeks, even though I was using well water rather than distilled water. I do not think that is the issue. The unit had been working fine until today, and there was no algae or scaling. It's just a cheaply made Chinese product in my opinion.

I own three Perfect Aire Portable air conditioners. Two bedroom and one for the porch. They're light weight, don’t take up much room, semi quiet-not enough to be bothersome. We live on our porch all summer and without the a/c it would've been unbearable. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a portable a/c. It’s a nice a/c for the money which is $100-200 less than the competitors with the same options. The nice thing about portables is that if you only have one windows in a room you’re not sacrificing the windows all summer. If you don’t need the a/c you can open the window and enjoy the fresh air. Purchased 2 heaters when our furnace went out this winter. They worked great to warm the rooms we needed until furnace could be fixed. Have already recommended to someone for auxiliary heat.

I take my window a/c out during the Winter and put it back in when Summer comes. I had a GE 12,000 BTU one that I used for a few years but when I went to install it this yeat (2023) discovered the freon was gone.
I took it out and tried another GE I stored in my garage, with the same result. I had never heard of Perfect Aire but found it at my local farm supply store and took a chance on a 12,000 BTU unit. To my great and joyous surprise it was better than either of the "name brand" ones. It has more features, a lower temperature setting and cooled the room much better, even during the 100° days my locality experienced in June.
Before buying the unit I called PA customer service and was assured I would be happy.
I don't know what furture years will bring but was extremely happy this year with what I thought was a "no name" brand. This is not the first time I've been wrong and was very glad to be.

I purchased the small ceramic heater to keep the pump cavity on my hot tube above freezing when the blower shorted out. Nothing froze
Did its job. I'm a happy camper!
