I have had the filtration system a little over a month. In that short amount of time, I noticed a huge difference. My skin is soft, lotion is barely needed after a shower. My hair is much softer. I don’t need as many hair products to soften my hair.
My clothes appear brighter. Not to mention the water bottles we don’t have to buy! Just fill our thermos up from the osmotic water system near the sink. Our ice cubes are now a mirror compared to the cloudy ice cubes produced from the fridge before the filtration system.

The staff is amazing. The initial presentation was eye opening. Brian W. was very informative as well as entertaining. He gave an insight on how the company originated, which all felt like I was speaking to a long-time friend!
But honestly…. After the first demonstration I was SOLD! lol

The installation crew was pleasant, punctual, & informative. They made sure to give detailed information on the products left behind for the system. & very open to the many questions we asked.

Overall, the system is great!
I almost forgot to mention the large box full of products provided by the company! & the coupons to receive more! Dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning supplies, & I’m quite sure I’m missing a few things!

guys i had the worst experience of all!
They installed the system a week after i moved in to my brand NEW HOUSE. They did plumbing in my attic for some reason.
They made a huge mess. A water pipe leaked all through my attic down through my walls and carpet! Huge mess. Its been three weeks and the job is still not done.
They take forever to come and work on it.
They are always late. The dry wall was done poorly so now my house doesn't look brand new no more. Very unprofessional.
And plus all the trouble and the time its been taking I've missed appointments. I haven't enjoyed my new house cause some. one is always here. And my son couldn't sleep in his room for almost 3 weeks cause it happened in his room closet. I just had the worst experience ever! And i hope no one has to go through what i went through. The salesman was really nice and brand new no more. Very unprofessional.

A woman came to the door and said she was with an Environmental agency doing a water test in the neighborhood. She said they wanted a water sample and my husband and I's phone number and she would schedule someone to drop the results off with a gift card for participating when we'd be home next. After she left i took another look at the paper she left with me and it mentioned being able to buy something from them. I was confused because i thought it was an Environmental agency and so i called the number and talk to someone. A man answered who said they sell water softeners and water filtration. I told him the saleswoman didnt explain that at all and presented herself as an agent for an Environmental agency and that he could cancel the appointment for the results and keep the gift card as i did not want to purchase anything from them right now and the saleswoman misrepresented herself. He said he would take care of it and speak to her and apologized. But then the day the appointment was originally scheduled for they called my husband and tried to confirm we'd be home to deliver the results he said we would not be and they tried to put us down for another day. I called the company back and spoke to same man again and he tried to pretend i never spoke with him and/or he never got a message on that until i recounted our entire conversation and then he confirmed that yes i did in fact speak with him about that but it never actually got cancelled. This may be a legitimate business but they have a super shady way of getting in the door and I'm very upset about the saleswoman lying to my face about what they are and then the coordinator failing to resolve the issue.

I am writing to express my gratitude and share my experience with the saltwater filter and reverse osmosis filtration system I recently purchased from Arizona Environmental Progress. Since installing the system, I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my water. I now drink tap water instead of bottled water, and I can genuinely feel the difference. My skin and hair feel softer, and the water tastes much cleaner. Additionally, the system hardly takes up any space in my garage, which is a great bonus. However, I would like to address a couple of concerns. When a representative visited to take a water sample and then bring out our results, it turned into a sales pitch. I believe it would be more respectful and transparent to clearly communicate the purpose of such visits to avoid any confusion and be mindful of people's time. Additionally, it would be more professional to focus on the strengths of your own products rather than disparaging competitors. We had just bought our home and hadn't even been here a week when we were visited, which didn't give us enough time to research other companies. Though I am grateful for choosing you reading what others have experienced, I think that these concerns should help everyone. What other company is a lifetime guarantee? You can take with you anywhere? Furthermore, provides you household items that will replace having to spend $50-$200 a month? (example: Laundry Soap, Dish Soap, Hand Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner) We were particularly impressed with the offer provided. We were impressed with installation and that nothing got messed up. Despite these issues and the complaints everyone has about prices, we are very happy with our decision to choose your water filtration system. However, we have yet to receive the gift card that was promised. Based on some Google reviews, it seems this might be a common issue, but we hope to see it resolved soon. Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to continuing to enjoy the benefits of our new water filtration system.

Wonderful company and amazing contact person Brian Wall! He was very kind, quick, efficient and informative about the service/product. Not pushy or hard sales pitch at all. Definitely made the decision to move forward very easy and enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting clean house water and a truly great experience from start to finish!

We are extremely happy with the service that’s been provided by Arizona Environmental Progress. While I admit that their initial door-to-door sales tactic could use some work, Ronnie made the whole process so simple and straightforward for us. Do not be thrown off by their initial knock on your door, because this company is the best. Ronnie made sure we understood every single thing about this system as brand new home owners. He was friendly and not pushy. They installed our system the day after we signed for it, and we could not be happier. Our skin, hair, and clothes feel so much lighter and not dry at all. We did not know that buying a house in Maricopa meant dealing with extremely hard water (more so than the Phoenix area), but this company ensured our home’s plumbing will last beyond its years. The price is worth every penny and you are getting a lot more than you would with their competitors. The 5 year eco soap subscription makes it even more worth it. Thank you Ronnie!
