Worth every penny. Absolutely delicious pizza. Parking sucks at every location I've ever been to simply because it's in Chicago so be aware of that if you're in a hurry or in a large vehicle. Great service. Definitely a must-try if you're in the area.

It was my first time at this location. The food was good, and I ordered traditional pizza. I think my service was poor. My server was not attentive, and she was not even paying attention to my table. It was not even busy. I was tired from the Marathon earlier, and I took my friend here so she could experience the Giordanos pizza in Chicago. Due to the por service, I was not impressed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! This was the worse experience I've ever had at a Giordano's. Not only was the floors and table not clean but the silverware given to us was filthy. Clean utilities on 3rd request. Didn't have beer, sweet tea, hot tea nor pepsi. To make matters worse, the server Donald S had simple orders completely messed up. I requested the manager who was worse than the server Donald. She was very unprofessional, short tempered, rude and not very knowledgeable on conflict resolution skills. The Blackstone St location I would HIGHLY suggest to NOT BOTHER BY GOING THERE. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION. 3/23/25

Went Tuesday afternoon around 4, had no wait and quick service. Did Mozzarella triangles as an appetizer, which is exactly how it sounds, while we waited on a deep dish. Deep dish pizzas take 45 minutes to come out, so plan ahead of you have somewhere else to be.

Did a small build your own deep dish for two people, and after our best attempt, we still had about a slice left over.

Located in the Hyde Park area, a Chicago favorite. I am really thankful that this restaurant does offer order over the phone. If you happen to go around Valentine's Day or Mothers Day be sure to order a heart shaped deep dish pizza. Update 2024! The service has fallen off way way bad. Way under staffed and the food is not the same.

Food was good, but the wait was very long at around an hour and a half. They warn that the deep dish pizza takes longer, but it was long even for that! There was also a hair in one of our dishes, but besides that and the wait, the food and atmosphere was nice

They need a parking lot in Hyde Park. The food was amazing as well as the customer service. I didn’t get a pic of the pizzas because it took 45 mins and we were hungry. I love this location because as soon as your pizza is done it comes to your table and you can see the smoke from the pizza. That’s how I like it and I also like the bottle cherry Pepsi. I’m not a fan of fountain pops. Please keep Pepsi products!!
