Palmetto previously did a mold inspection for us, and exceeded our expectations. Most recently though they offered to help us with our guest bathroom and did a phenomenal job.

The guest bathroom was in dire need of help. They were able to do it all, from plumbing (and issues they found with the plumbing), drywall, custom shower niche, floor and bath tile, and scraping ceilings. Basically everything we needed was done quickly and they were always in constant communication.

I could not asked for much more. The bathroom turned out beautiful.

I cannot say enough good things about Palmetto Environmental Solutions. Living in the Low Country, crawl spaces are always going to be a source of contention for home owners. I knew I had an issue that needed to be addressed but had no idea what the best course of action was.

A simple phone call connected me to Harvey and he was the man with the plan! Harvey was professional and thorough. We discussed options and agreed on a game plan (a very reasonably priced game plan). He provided me clear details and walked me through the next steps. Natalie in the office took it from there and kept me organized.

Matt was my next point of contact. He set up the schedule and made sure his crew was prepared. I had ZERO hiccups through the process and they even finished a day early. The crew that completed the job was nothing short of impressive. Chris, Smoak and Taylor made sure to communicate every step of the way. They make a great team and seem to enjoy what they're doing.

That to me shows Palmetto Environmental Solutions takes care of their crews, which is just as important as taking care of their customers. I would highly recommend them for any of your mold/mildew remediation, crawl space projects, etc. I wish they did more so I could use them for all my home projects.

It is a scary feeling when you find mold in your home; you only think the worst possible scenarios are going to happen. However, Chad Kelly of Palmetto Environmental Solutions calmed my worst fears. After viewing and testing my home, he quickly made a plan to solve the issue. Chad also reviewed steps needed to clean our home and communicated regularly with emails and I could call anytime. Mold remediation began with a competent, professional, knowledgeable crew (JC, David and Neil) that treated my home like their own. These young men daily came to my home with a designated plan and executed it wonderfully. They also answered all of my questions and texted me when needed. Knowing the amount of work they took on, they always had a pleasant demeanor and they were careful with all my belongings. My husband and I would recommend this company for any of your needs. Great experience with the team at Palmetto Environmental. I had been replacing some sections of rotten subfloor, pulling out insulation, fixing vent covers, etc. and found mold. Matt came out to my home and was able to resolve the issue with my dehumidifier thermostat. Excellent company. Highly recommend them!! We contracted them for conducting air quality tests and to sample ceiling drywall for mold after a leak in our roof. Matt Smoak was our technician and was very knowlegeable, prompt with follow up once our test results were available, and clear on recommendations. Amy in the office was also a pleasure to work with!
