ERI is awesome! I am having a new HVAC unit installed in my home and when Service Experts (the installer) came to inspect, they found some asbestos that needed to be removed. They contacted ERI and arranged for the abatement to occur the day before. ERI came out promptly and did the initial abatement promptly, quickly and safely. They tented the area so that my wife and I could remain in the home. On the next day when Service Experts came out to install the heater unit, when they took out the old one, they discovered more asbestos that was hidden, by no fault of ERI. I called Melisa, panicked, because I didn't want to be without HVAC for too long. Melisa was able to send Jesus and Americo out within the hour! This will allow Service Experts to come out the next day and complete the install! Great teamwork! And a special thanks to Melisa, Jesus and Americo for responding so quickly!

The day when we were supposed to get the smell from BioLab... this facility has imput more in this neighborhood. I’m met with the sharp, chemical smell of pesticides ever since and I'm more than a mile away. This odor stretches all the way to Conrad and Lakewood Terrace, making it clear that even the nearby daycare is not spared from these harmful emissions. Its burning the eyes and hard to breathe for adults. What's to say toddlers.

I have lived near this place for years, the fumes are so intense that I can’t open my windows. Bleach inhalation leads to buildup of water in the lungs. But hey the EPA says it’s ok, so we should take some comfort in that.
Poor people don’t matter, this place would never be tolerated in an area with more wealth.

Never used the services of this company, but my wife and I had the pleasure meeting a gentleman by the name of Reggie who works for them. My wife went to the gas station around the corner to get a few things for the house, when she came back to the car, the battery was dead and it seemed like no one would give her a jump. I immediately started walking to her location because mind you, this is not a gas station you want to be stuck at at night. Right before I arrived Reggie was hooking up cables and jumping the car. Not only would he not accept payment for his deed, but also gave us a pair of jumper cables to keep. I thank GOD for people with a heart for people. We want you to know that you have someone special in Reggie. Thanks again !!!!
