As busy as I can get sometimes, I had to take time and review Shoup Manufacturing. I feel I stumbled across a gem during my search for reasonably priced hardware to rebuild a flail mower. My package arrived accurately and extremely fast. I'd like to thank the staff for doing what they do. We're all a part of the big picture. Shoup Manufacturing will be on the top of my list of resources from now on.

Shoup was a fantastic company to deal with until they switched to FedEx from UPS for shipping. Many times UPS would get the package here from Shoup before my local dealer could get the part. But now, with FedEx shipping, the advantage Shoup had is gone in my opinion. Who cares if its cheaper if I can't get it timely when I need it? Please go back to using reliable shipping service!

Nobody had the parts I needed locally.. ordered the parts I needed from Shoup and had it in 2 days. Where I live, Amazon doesn’t even get things to me in two days. I am very impressed.

First time ordering from Shoup, my package was never delivered. FedEx stated, "Returning package to shipper
Shipper requested shipment to be returned - Unable to deliver shipment - Returning to shipper."
Contacted Shoup customer service, they stated that my package was denied, nothing else. Makes no sense what so ever. Currently waiting on my refund.

They charged me $50 for shipping. The package only weighs 2.5 pounds. Its been a week since I ordered it, and they keep delaying it. I would expect 1 to 2 day shipping, and brought to me in a Lamborghini with that crazy price. Just sayin....
