Nice coffee shop with a good selection and friendly staff. Comfortable chairs and plenty of tables if you wanted to work or study there. Good place to grab some freshly roasted beans and Heritage Coffee swag as well!

Delicious chicken sandwich. A nice tea but unfortunately the server seemed more interested in her phone. I guess it was a slow Sunday hard to keep motivated. No hello or welcome. I had to start the conversation.

Better to go to a different branch. Otherwise a warm nice space.

Cappuccino is hot, perfectly smooth and tasted delicious. Even in Alaska you can find a great cup of coffee, and this one is the place to go. Recommended to us by a local who is actually from Italy (no joke), turns out she was not wrong. Comfortable place, easy to get to, like every place in Juno, and the service was relatively fast.

Very nice atmosphere and fair prices. Four people in line ahead of us, so it took about 10 minutes to order. I just like really good black coffee. The brew of the day, Kenyan, was very good, but I was surprised that a coffee shop like this only had one choice available for regular brewed coffee.

I got off the boat looking for a temporary office to laptop and sip. Two out of three bus drivers recommended Heritage. This place is great. There are lots of tables, a great atmosphere, and my spicy chai was delicious. I was here for two hours and there was a constant line of locals, but still no pressure to pack up and go. Thanks to the people who recommended this place. I'll be back when I pass through Juneau again.

Ordered a white chocolate mocha, chai latte, and hot cocoa and we each said it was the best drink we’d ever had. The gal working the counter was alone while 2 or 3 cruise ships were in port, but she didn’t take any shortcuts, remained cool under pressure of a long line out the door and made the best coffee ever!
