Amazing communication & hard work from the team at Servpro Frankfort. Unfortunately due to a recent storm, my finished basement backed up with approx. 1/2 in. of water and this all happened about 12:30am. They were at my house within an hour and were there til 5am and then came back at 9am to demo the floor and had everything complete within 24 hours. They communicated with me on every detail and plan and made the whole situation smooth. Alex explains everything clearly and makes the best out of a worse situation.

Good experience with crew that dried out our loving room ceiling and master bar shower. The demo ed the ceiling drywall and removed loose wet insulation. Ran dehumidifier for 4 days and came back daily to check moisture. Clean up was quick at end of job. Con: crew wore work boots throughout house. Would have liked booties on stairs and in master bath. Did find 1 drywall screw left in ceiling. Overall good experience.

We had major water damage in our home due to malfunctioning toilet valve in master bathroom. Alex and the team at ServPro came quickly with dehumidifiers to dry up the wet areas to prevent mold. They did demolition and clean up as well. Alex answered all the questions my husband asked as this was our first experience with this type of damage. Alex also coordinated and sent the bill directly to the insurance so we didn’t have to pay out of pocket for the service. Each day, ServPro would send a right number of people and adequate equipments for the job of that day. Impeccable project management! Don kept us in the loop for a day-to-day action items so we know what to expect on the progress. Everyone on the team was professional, courteous, and worked well together. The whole process was about 3 weeks. We had positive experience, are happy with the results, and would recommend ServPro of Frankfort to our friends and family.

We are having issues with a leaking roof. We are not getting anywhere with our roofing company. We called today, Alex came out right away. Alex was very professional, empathetic, and very personable. He found out where the leaks came from with all the snow and the attic vents. He isn’t a roofer either. Alex took pictures and was very helpful. Thank you Alex for all you did to help us!

After a water main break in the village, I suffered water damage in my basement. It was a very trying time as anybody could understand. My basement took on water very quickly and servepro was here within an hour drained out the water. Removed the floors, removed the baseboards and did whatever they had to do. The thing I liked the most is they walked me through every process. They kept me informed of what comes next, how it works. And they were all very professional and very kind. They were very informative. Highly recommend!
