What a great company! We really appreciate the care, time, especially attention to detail that Alex A. provided to our home and us. Our situation was complicated, three different water issues, and Alex inspected each one thoroughly and asked questions to ensure he had a complete picture of what was going on in each area of the home. Also, the respect shown to our home and to my Aunt and Uncle, who are aging, was in and of itself greatly appreciated. 11/10 ServPro is my #1 choice. I called 3 times to follow up on a call I was supposed to receive to set up an appointment for a tech to come out. I was given a new name each time of a person who was supposed to reach out and set something up. No one ever did. After 3 days I went with another company that sent out a tech the same day.
