If you are looking for something off the beaten path while visiting Juneau look no further. We had the most incredible time with our guide Carly. What an incredible way to see Juneau. There are plenty of stops to take pics, a little snack and so much fun. The views of Mendenhall Glacier are better than the tours that take you there. Thank you for the great memories.

We had a fabulous time on our Coastal Rainforest tour! Our guide, William, was a lot of fun and did a fantastic job of showing us the sights and sharing interesting facts about the area. He is a great teacher and made sure we knew what we were doing before we headed out on our Segway adventure. We highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Alaska in an enjoyable and unique way.

Absolutely wonderful…

Maribel and Grace…. I think those were their names…. Or maybe it was Skunk Pickle and Devil’s Horn…. in any case, the lady’s provided a wonderful and informative fun tour on the segways. The highlights for me were little Joey and the rainforest! Thank you again for the great experience. Keep your eyes on the junk and don’t stop eating desserts!

We came into Juneau on a cruise ship, but weren't interested in the excursions they had to offer, so we found this option on Viator. We have been to Juneau before & have already done the typical stuff like Mendenhall Glacier, whale watching & summer sled dog camp. We wanted something unique, fun & active while seeing more of the area. This tour accomplished all of that. Our two guides, Ben & Paul, were VERY young (both in high school, I think), but they were kind, patient & did a good job teaching us how to ride. The Segways were pretty easy to use & it was really fun to ride them on the trails. The scenery is spectacular & it is such a unique experience exploring that way. I only wish we got to spend about twice as much time riding the trails than we did. After learning how to ride, we didn't have a lot of time actually out & about. We also had a few members of our tour group chicken out, feeling like they didn't have the balance to control the Segway. That somewhat delayed things as our guides were trying to deal with them. Bummer for us, but I was actually quite impressed with how they handled the situation, Ben especially. Overall, I would recommend this tour. It really is a unique & fun way to spend your time in Juneau.

Fantastic day trip excursion that included some beautiful views then a nice 45 minute hike at the midway point. The E-bikes make this excursion unique and fun. Loved our tour guide and overall experience. Our college aged daughters also loved it.

Totally LOVED our tour with Segway Alaska! Best experience ever! They worked with our group size and we had a fabulous experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a great tour of the unique Juneau, Alaska area.

We did the Rainforest tour, it was beautiful! At the risk of sounding cliché the whole thing was perfect, including an Orca (killer whale) hanging out offshore from our unloading area, which continued to surface, breach, and just show off for about 15 minutes!

The instruction given by the guides was excellent and they made sure you were comfortable handling your Segway. It was actually a surreal experience to realize you can know how to walk, run, drive a car, but getting on a Segway is a new thing you get to learn. Within a few minutes our group learned how to safely control our Segway and we were off!

Personally I hate guided tours, but my wife loves them. This was the best guided tour experience I have ever had!! The guide shared tons of information, not just about the tour we were on, but about the Juneau area, mining history, etc. Will take another tour when we are in the area again. Ruben, nailed it my friend, excellent experience!
