Huge improvements lately with staffing. I can actually find people working to help me! They also are very professional and courteous! Glad this business found some good workers. I'm actually happy to shop here now. Before it was a ghost town where you DIY everything just taking tools off the shelves to cut pipes, etc.

The store overall is great. But the store management needs overhaul. I had a concern about a product that was packed and delivered to my home that was damaged.

They stacked 13 of 80 pounds of concrete on top of a box that wad crushed like a pancake. Instead of replacing the item. Management gave me 3 days of excuse not to deliver the item.

Having exhausted every avenue to the local home depot store. I contacted Home Depot customer care. Explaining the frustration I've been dealing with. The result was outstanding. The same day, they they picked up the damaged product and replaced it.

It took an act of higher power to put local management in place. The system works.

This store is not short of a peek
into the an uneducated, unwilling and incapable world ahead where employees and even “specialists” are so inept that every time I am forced to visit this location for something, I am I find myself wondering how these people even get dressed, let alone find their way to work in the morning.

They have forced me to purchase 2000ft of baseboards to let me put in my flooring order (for a 600sq foot unit) only to make me return 1800ft of it myself afterwards.

They have called me in for a refund only to tell me they’ll mail it, then never mail it, then call me into the store two months late and have me stand around for an hour only to tell me there’s no way for their computers to process a refund at that time.

I’ve been misled to order extra cabinet parts for installation only to then be told that those parts could not be returned, even if unopened. The list goes on.

If you find yourself in need of anything home related, do yourself a favor, pay the extra money and go through literally any other means necessary to avoid subjecting yourself to a single moment in this contractor’s dystopia.

Side note: Shout out and my deepest sympathies to the two or three capable individuals fighting against all odds to keep that place floating. Best of luck.

Superb recommendations from Debra on patio door options. She has to be the most knowledgeable Home Depot member I've ran into in my years of DIY on three homes. Hire more Debras. Also gr8 to know she is veteran. Thank you for your service and thank you Home Depot for supporting a veteran.

I have spent a LOT of time here over the last 10 years. There is so much potential for this store and it’s frustrating to see it not be the best it can be for employees and shoppers alike. There are a few staff that are just downright deceptive, hate their jobs and avoid eye contact if it means they’ll need to speak with you, and then there are some absolute gems that will go out of their way to make sure you find what you’re looking to purchase and actually follow through with calling you back as promised. You never know what to expect…but it’s still my first stop before I bother with any of the other hardware stores if that tells you anything.

This store had some plants we wanted and some outdoor furniture. They are limited on some stuff but it's seems like it's because of shipping problems.

Ah, yes. My second home: Home Depot. I've never had an issue here. My tips? 1) Use the website to figure out what's in stock before you go; 2) if you need help, flag someone -- anyone -- down and they'll be able to at least phone in the proper associate; and 3) if you're in a time crunch, stop at the paint section first so you can shop while your paint is mixing.
