I had my well water tested after hurricane Helene hit the area. Unfortunately, my water was not good, but James and James gave me the necessary supplies to chlorinate my well myself. Not only giving me written directions, but Hannah was available anytime I had a question. She was responsive and understanding and helped me go through that process by myself in a very stressful and difficult time. I can't say enough about her Customer Service and Support. All of the people in the office we're helpful and understanding at a time when they were also extremely busy and working long hours. Phone systems were down and I believe most people were using their own personal phones to communicate with us. They went above and beyond and really help support the community during a very stressful and difficult time. I will be a customer for life!

They have 30yrs experience in the water trade and have a fantastic crew! Enjoy any and all interactions with this company. Highly recommend for well inspections, water testing with their in house lab, and operating potable and non potable plants. No one else will have my business except James&James. You can trust its money well spent with this company, they're honest, kind, and God loving people. Not too many businesses still operate as a family like James&James does. 10/10 would recommend!

I was so thoroughly impressed with Juanita‘s expertise and communication skills with the problem we are having with our well water at our Airbnb. The advice she gave us saved us a lot of money with superior results. The office staff at James and James are super friendly and professional. I was really impressed with the turnaround time in getting our samples tested.

We recently started using James & James for our water testing. Everyone was nice, Robin was absolutely the Sweetest person - I dropped by unannounced to with some samples and she was so warm and welcoming and stopped what she was working on to explain their processes to me. Highly Recommend!!

I can't say enough positive things about all of the staff at James and James. Having just moved to the area, dealing with a well water system was a totally new experience for me. Since our house was going to be vacant for 3 months before move in, we were concerned about the potential problems. Everyone at James and James went above and beyond to explain the process of well disinfection in that situation, and came up with a plan that was complete, affordable, and sensible.

Called told them I needed a water test for a mortgage. Twice. They told me to collect the sample and bring it. Apparently they're not supposed to let you collect it yourself. As there experts they should have known that and collected it themselves. They refuse to redo the test or refund me my money. Trash. I'll be suing
