I love this electric company. They love and respect their costumers and are willing to help them when they fall behind. I know custody helped me this summer. And their point system is just really cool. You can enter contests (I've never won one) and you can save on different restaurants using your points. Just overall amazing company to be with.

We had Constellation for 2 months now and we did not face issues with the service provided, but trying to pay the bill on their portal is a big task. Let me tell you... it takes several times to be able to get the payment processed and finalized because the portal does not work properly. Oh boyyy... you will be annoyed by the messages "service is not available", page crashing on you or "our service payment is not available at this time". The company Constellation needs to figure out what is wrong with their portal because we ain't got time to be trying to simply pay a bill for more than two days because the payment page is always out of service.

I've never had any issues with this electric company and we've been with them for almost 10 years! Last year my highest bill was $262 and that was during the hottest time of year!!!

Terrible company, when you sign up it uses a AI to check your ID. After submitted my drivers license information birthday, address, by AI means, 5 days later nothing was received from this company. Called today and no one knew anything. I was transfered to the customer service line, waited 30 minutes untill someone finally answered, I was told they have a new AI security department that checks you out. Person would have to request an update from this department. I was fed up at this point asked her to cancel my request and went with a different company. Now they have my personal information. Get rid of you AI background check. It sucks. Went with another company without any issues.
