Robert and the two other gentlemen from Environmental Inc. did a terrific job rebuilding our pump for our waste water system. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Robert and Keller did an excellent job pumping out my septic tank. My septic tank was not easy to find and they stayed at it until they found it. They are both hard workers, and went over and above to get the job done, when others may have given up. They kept me informed during the entire process. Where do we start?

Grinder pump fails (they installed 6 years ago, with a totally new septic system, including drain field).
We scheduled this repair a week ahead of time, and they were told, our business is in GA. With that, we need to know ahead of time if there is an issue showing up, because my wife left Georgia (2 hrs away) to be at the home today to meet them for the repair. This was stressed to them during the scheduling a week ago.

After being a no show, no call today. we had to call, they did not call us, and we were told they can't make it, and it would "hopefully" be later in the week. What?!?!?
Now you have cost us valuable time both personally and professionally. (Cost us money)

Knowing this is an emergency repair, the tank they installed is too small, and it's located under the house, not in the field underground. So now sewage water leaks in crawl space. Even their own service guy who came by the week before to schedule this repair, confirmed that this should have been upgraded during the new install six years before. With a bigger tank, buried outside. Gee, thanks guys!
We even knew what pump was installed before, because their trash was still in the crawl space from the original install they did. I sent pics, how easy does that make it to get a new pump?

Do better, your customers deserve it...

Had an odd job request. Had septic line break in my crawl space and the restoration crew needed a pump truck. First company I called turned me down. I email these folks and they sign right up. Big help in a crappy situation. Truck gets here on time, restoration crew 45 minutes late but the driver was cool with it and made friends with my dog as well. Extremely thankful for these folks.

The two workers did not remove the top sod in pieces that they could put back over the dirt afterwards but rather just buried the sod with the dirt over it. This caused a big mess in the yard that will need us to reseed the whole area.
