Been here several times, and it’s a blast. I’d recommend going Monday-Wednesday. It’s super busy every other day, and usually an hour wait on those days.

I used to go here when it was Accelerate and it was great my race credits carried over. I still thought the racing was great but there is room for improvement. I went on a Saturday and so it was busy. I waited in line just to get to the cashier and have them tell me I needed to use a computer off to the side to check in. There was a line to check in there and then after that I had to get back in line for the cashier which wasted a lot of time. The cashier was the supervisor, and he was very friendly and helpful. While we waited, we ordered food and drinks. A bottle of beer was $7.50 plus tax and the food was expensive too. The food came out very late and not cooked. The bartender looked very stressed out as just about everyone was returning their undercooked raw food. He was very nice and understanding about it though. It took over an hour to be called for our first race, which felt very long, and it would have been nice to know where we were in the line to be called instead of just being randomly called to go race. The carts worked very well, and I was happy they quickly let us go full speed in the cart. The race results were immediate emailed to me, which was better than having to wait for the printed paper like before. Our second race took 30 minutes for us to be called, and we had a great race again. Overall, we had a great time. I think there is some improvements to be made in how the lines queue and adding some instructions that you must register first. Also, more staff would definitely help to move things along faster.

Poor, use to be Great, no more. Guys managing the racing cars, seen like they don't get paid, the arcade most of the machines not working, restroom dirty has no more. Definitely Zero 🌟.

03/22/25. This is the worst race car/go kart experience I’ve ever had in my life.

The customer service provided by the employees here is awful. Super gettho and they are on the phone 90% of the time. I understand if they are busy but if they are not attending no one (literally) and we wait over 30 minutes to be attended over at the food section even after two guys had approached us already was ridiculous. And then the fact that we decided to step up and leave after 30 minutes of waiting, then as we are walking down the stairs we see the same employee that stated “we are short staffed yall give me one sec” was sitting down chatting with another coworker in the back without doing absolutely nothing. Without mentioning the crew downstairs that look to bothered on their phone to even be approached. One would think they are getting paid to be rude.

If I was the owner of this establishment I would be really concerned. Poor operation.

Perhaps a change in management would help.

Either way, even though I still have 2 races I will not be coming back here ever again and if your thinking of coming from far maybe re-think your decision. You’ll have more fun staying in your car.

Pretty good. I wish they had bigger tracks and some better equipment. Overall, it's enjoyable. The food was decent but typical. Staff nice. Wish they would let you do more than 12 laps at 26 seconds a lap, 12 goes fast.

I took my grandson's here and we had a great time. We will be back for sure.

We celebrated my son's 18th birthday here. It was alot of fun. Things to do for the whole family. Disappointed they discontinued the ax throwing under the new owner.
The staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodation to our party of about 22 people. It wasn't too crowded the wait times were reasonable and everyone had a great time. 10 out of 10.
