They pumped out my septic and installed risers and lids for me. They appear to do good work. We had some miscommunication along the way but they made sure to make things right.

We have had our aeration tank for many years. Excellent service, the technicians are always professional, friendly and helpful. Updated to add: We had to have a service call today due to what turned out to be a lot of cloth fibers caught in the system. As always, Rex worked with us to schedule a technician when I could be home, and he was very professional and helpful and quickly took care of the problem.

Jeff was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain how things work with the agitator. Also, how and why it keeps getting gunked up. I asked if he minded showing me how to clean off the agitator. He didn't mind at all and showed me all I needed to know. He reminded me to call if the alarm still doesn't shut off after doing so. Jeff's customer service was top notch and represented the company in a very positive way. You better hold on to that one!!!
