This was our first time at this store. My friend and I decided to stop in after seeing the store sign. It is a very large store but everything is well organized into different areas based on the type of item. They have house wear, clothing, craft items, sporting items, per items, shoes and lots more. The prices were comparable to other thrift stores. The lady in the jewelry area was very friendly and helpful. We did buy several items including some greeting cards, two belts, wooden pant hangers and a dream catcher. They do have a public restroom which was helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our shopping at this thrift store and would definitely go back.

Not very welcoming for a Christian store. Was followed out and got accused of stealing I was watched the entire time by two people (the security, one of the woman that work behind jewelry counter OH AND even a customer that was shopping by the jewelry that was curious too) STOP THE RACISM! A disgrace.

The women that volunteer in the furniture store are kind and know what Customer Service is about even when you don’t share the same skin color, but the women in the clothing/appliance, etc. store leave much to be desired or they have it in for Hispanics especially one with short gray hair (at check out) very rude “she needs more training”. This shouldn’t happen, shame on them! It was my first time visiting them.

Well..This store was a little better before but now they are not polite and not giving good customer service.
It has been a long time I didn't came here and they change this..First prices..We go to thrift stores because we can find good things at a reasonable price but honestly this one is overpricing everything. If you go to Marshall's or TJ Max you find brand new things and a reasonable prices lower than this store.I ask them about a bracelet it said in the tag that was 925 sterling silver but wasn't true and more than $24.
I liked but wasn't worth the price they had priced.
The lady ask my son in a not friendly way that the shopping carts were not supposed to be at the jewelry department.
She wasn't polite, the way that she talks to people is not good specially when she said she is the manager. My son put the shopping cart outside of the jewelry department and she asked him to.move the car more away. Then I told her this was his first time there and she can talk a little better explaining to customers.More friendly so the people would return to buy things from here. She said if you don't like the way I am talking you can leave this department (jewelry) .I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager.
I think that they have to be grateful people donate to them and people buying from them. This is not going to be good for the store I'd they keep the same people working here treating customers as they don't have value.
Hopefully someone on top of her can change the rules and do more training to people working in this place.

Decent selection and prices (though some stuff is way overpriced, like at every thrift store these days.) I thought maybe I was being overly-sensitive but I see from other reviews that the staff can be rude, and I certainly experienced that today. Prepare to be scolded if you accidentally wander into the “boutique” (LOL) section with your cart. That is, if you can get a cart at all - when I asked for one I was told they were all in the parking lot (OK, maybe send someone to go round them up?)

I browsed for about 30 min but after a second uncomfortable interaction with staff I paid up and left. The cashier and the young man who wrapped my stuff were both very nice and I did get a couple of cool things, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back here.

Mislabeled and high priced. 85.00 for a chipped glass clock Jewelry marked as “Jade” and it is not. Priced “as if” it was jade. Honestly, they need to research a bit better before marking things and not actually knowing what it is. Overpriced for what they ACTUALLY have. Skip this store!

With all these horrible reviews I will not shop there.you think after two bad reviews they would fix the problem especially most are do to their employees. I can only imagine how they treat the people who need help. Sad

Best prices and best quality, and such an incredible variety! I love this place, and the volunteers have only ever been very kind.
