IF SERVICE IS IMPORTANT this is NOT THE FOR YOU! Just reading the reviews and realize that their TAILOR BEEN HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL and although I am so frustrated right now I’ll do my absolute best to stay professional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my WORST enemy. The level of unprofessional and the nonchalant way in which they handle their mistakes will leave you speechless.

I dropped off 3 garments with one needing a new zipper. Now paying $28 for a zipper when the outfit didn’t even cost me that way already a bit much for my nerves but I rocked with it because I really like the outfit. I was informed that the repair would take a week because the person was out which I was perfectly ok with. Would you believe I waited 3 weeks and when I got there was told that my item wasn’t ready but I could take the garments that were. When I asked why no one called I couldn’t get a clear answer but was insured that someone would call me with an update and a resolution for my inconvenience. NOTHING hence the reason for this review.
Almost 30 days later not only has the repair has not been completed NO ONE CALLED. I called today only to be met with disappointment. I was that they couldn’t find a color match and black was the only option unless I was willing to wait longer.😤😤😤😤. Of course at this point just give me my garment back. While she agreed to a refund she informed me that the garment still wouldn’t be cleaned when I got it back……..
Please invest your money with businesses that understand the importance of SERVICE!

I brought my wedding dress in to be dry cleaned and to have a small tear sewn up. The gentleman at the counter assured me the process wouldn't take longer than a week. I followed up a week later and the dress was not ready. I was told to reach out in another week. So after it had been 3 weeks I called almost daily and each time they would say "it's not ready yet". I told them I no longer wanted their services and that I would pick up my dress to be worked on elsewhere, the lady on the phone said ok and I could come the next day. Then I came and had been told that they started working on my dress, after I specifically said I do not want to give them my business! So now, they are essentially holding my $2,000 dress hostage. It's been over a month now. My dress is still "not ready". Do what you'd like with this information, but I would not trust this establishment or their other location, Kenwood Cleaners, with any items of value.

I had an AWFUL experience here. I took jeans to be hemmed. The work was fine. However, the jeans were late, I was completely inconvenienced, and the owner was extremely rude. I will NEVER return and I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this place. I was told my jeans would be ready on a Tuesday. On Wednesday, the day *after* my ticket said my jeans would be ready, I came in to retrieve them. I had a road trip planned and I wanted to leave by noon. When I arrived at 8am the cashier said she couldn’t find my jeans and that I'd have to come back when the tailor came in at 10am. When I returned at 10, the tailor unapologetically said that she had not even started the job (please recall that my jeans should have been ready the day before). When I returned for the THIRD time, the tailor was not there when I asked if I could receive a discount for the delay, the inconvenience of having to come to the store THREE times, and delaying the start of my road trip. The cashier said she couldn't make the decision and I’d have to wait on the tailor. When the tailor finally returned from a trip to Trader Joe’s. She yelled at me saying how she would never give a discount for anything and complained that doing a hem was a difficult job! Ha! I only wish I’d looked up their reviews before I went to this place. It seems that many people have had bad experiences. Their below 3 star rating is shameful and they probably don't care. I like to go to local businesses but not this one. They have awful customer service and a tailor who doesn’t respect people or their time.

I'm definitely looking for another local cleaners in the area the customer service has been awful lately. I brought a dress in to have it clean and got it back with the same spot on it. I immediately requested a refund and was told no refund but asked to come back so what was done the first time

The 2nd time the spot was clean, however, there was a new spot that was created by the cleaners so I was asked to come back a 3nd time this is my fourth fifth trip to the cleaners no apology no refund nothing. So the last trip there the spot was clean, however, the dress was not put back together the way it was bought in.

She immediately say "no cleaning" but that was not my issue the dress was not given back in the same manner in which I bought it she fixed it however, if I would have known there would have been such a issue I wouldn't have gone elsewhere and I'm definitely looking for a new cleaners..

The quality is not always there and timing on getting your clothes back is hit and miss. I brought some things in from the summer and got my swimsuit cover up back with the tassel unraveling and a spot on there as well that was not there.

Neitherless to say she fixed the tassel but was going to charge me again to get the spot out. Again, the cover up was brand new nothing was wrong with it when I brought it and would like to have it back in the same condition.

I decline because I wasn't going to pay again for something that I should have been clean. In addition, it took forever to get the tassel fixed and when I came to pick it up which was well after th le due date it still wasn't ready so I made a trip up there for nothing and had to come back another day.

I took my jeans to be altered & it had to be done for an important photo shoot where i had to wear a specific pair that i bought online & she lost my jeans which caused me to go out & buy another pair of jeans(which were not the right kind), i asked her if she can alter the second pair same day which i am thankful for . She calls back & says she found my first pair of jeans & asks me to pay for for the alteration which i feel i shouldn't have to pay for . Even though i feel i shouldn't pay i offered to go half & she said no & refuses to give me my jeans . I spent $18 on the first pair of jeans , & had to spend $28 on the second pair & then she wants me to pay $19 to have them altered? Won't be going back .

They are not good with getting armpit stains out of blazers/jackets, I feel like they made the stain actually worse by whatever chemicals they used. I didn't want to pay for a blazer they that could not get the stains out of and they insisted that I pay despite the fact that I have given them a ton of business with both dry cleaning and alterations in the past, so I paid and then decided to take my business elsewhere. Also, if you are a woman and want some of your cotton shirts washed and pressed for the same deal that they offer on men's shirts, they will not accommodate you because they told me that they don't have the smaller sized board to do women's shirts so I was getting them dry cleaned as well. Now I took my business to vogue cleaners and they are amazing!!
