First booking trucks to take your loads and then Cancelling load because you don’t have enough prouduct…must be sleeping while you were booking and lookin for trucks. They obv don’t care about drivers time and money wasted driving over here. Waited an hour to hear that the load is cancelled due to lack of product 🤡 Clowns.

Spent two hours there on a Sunday only for them to cancel the load, not enough product. This has happened more than a few times to our company.
I honestly don’t understand why Truck is being booked without even verifying that there is ready to go

The worst place to go as a truck driver. They only have 4 docks 2 for shipping and 2 for receiving so be prepared to wait at least 5 hrs for service. I really hate this location it is terrible. Where is management at this place because this is terrible and it's been this way for a long time. All the forklift drivers are at least 60 yrs old that's the issue they have.

Checked in at 1600 and checked out at 1830. Docking is a bit of a challenge but the streets aren’t too busy. No overnight parking available.

Truck driver, day shift didn't tell night shift I was waiting. So detention today. Nice guys on night shift, loading me as fast as possible, as soon as I get the green light I get to go, but beware if you have 3 pm appt. Load was staged and ready, somebody just dropped the ball on me

Loading docks are on the back of this place on Glenlake Ave, don't arrive earlier than 1hr of your appointment they'll dont take you and the waiting area on the street is limited, when you check in you wait for a while, when you get in to a door you'll be waiting a little more..
