The UPC administrator has been extremely helpful whenever I have had questions or concerns, such as issues with HOA fees, maintenance, repairs, or unit inspections. They have always responded promptly and with patience. I would like to give a special thanks to Richard Anton, the Administrative Assistant, for consistently ensuring a positive experience living in this building. I sincerely hope he is recognized for his hard work and dedication with a promotion in the near future.

I had a one-bedroom condo there back in the 1990's; loved it. Maintenance and Security was excellent, although I don't know how it is now. I might still be there, but my mother, brother and I bought a 3-flat building to live in on the far north side. I do still miss the area.

Don't be fooled by good reviews. Don't rent here. The rental seems nice given the location. However, their old single-layered big window will freeze you in the winter. The landlord will not tell you this when you rent.

The property management is very good and will definitely recommend Gwendolyn. She always willing to help as quickly as possible & very efficient! As an assistant property manager, she is very quick to respond and take care of answering questions.

Amazing place! It has a pool and security guards. It's a little small but but is nice. If you have a family I suggest you go for the two bedroom apartment.

Weird, I thought this was a college dorm area at first but only saw elder folks entering and leaving. Hope your room isn't down the hall through the trash room and then into 2nd hall; lots of walking.

Old, but fairly maintained. Good for students who look for affordable accommodation. Specifically for U Chicago which is just around
