Really excellent experience throughout the entire process. Christina was extremely helpful in getting our testing scheduled and answering all questions prior to the tests. Communication was clear, concise, and always friendly. Trevor performed our testing and was on-time, professional, and knowledgable. We got our results back in the specified time-frame (had to rush some for same-day results). Would definitely recommend using Elevation Environmental.

The best experience. From the beginning, Christina was wonderful over the phone, listening to all of my concerns. She was able to schedule Trevor and Robbie out the next day. They were equally wonderful - Very kind, respectful of our home/animals and thorough in their inspection. They also listened to our concerns and provided valuable advice. I hope we don’t deal with mold concerns in the future, but if we do, we will most definitely be calling Elevation Environmental Services. 10/10 recommend.

Trevor was very personal & professiinal! When he came after the 1st part if the abatement, he quickly noticed that the abatement team hadn’t removed the stairwell walls that were in Trevor’s report! I really appreciate how thorough Trevor was! Trevor was easy to work with!!
