A great little dive bar! Came in for drinks with friends and it was a great vibe, very divey but hip. CASH ONLY but there is an ATM on the front. The server was great, we even ordered snacks when we sat and ordered pierogis (cheese and potato) and tater tots. These were amazing snacks! Tots were crunchy and great serving size! I loved the vibe of this bar and it was awesome! Little booths to sit in and a good amount of space. Good selection of beers on tap and a great price. $5 designer beers. Highly recommend.

We drove by and thought the place was closed. So glad we went in, the brunch was delicious. We had the loaded tots and chilaquiles. Brunch for two under $40, great!

If you're looking for a chill spot with good vibes, Skylark's the place. It’s a cash-only joint with an awesome selection of craft beers, and they’ve got some solid pub food to go with it. I went for the tater tots (crispy and cheesy, y’all) and the classic Skylark burger, which hit the spot. The retro rec-room decor gives it a laid-back feel, and the photo booth is a fun touch for some goofy pics with your crew. I spent about $25 for two beers, the tots, and the burger, and honestly, it was worth every penny. The live music was a nice bonus, too. Definitely my new go-to for a fun night out!

Love the skylark always, but even more now! Don't know how that's possible. Good people. good ambiance. Real. And... they have letherbee gin! My favorite! My kinda bar, period.

This place is completely unassuming from the outside...almost doesn't even look like it's open. The inside has a charming, rough-around-the-edges atmosphere and the food is shockingly REALLY good and affordable. I love it here.

Skylark is the quintessential Pilsen dive bar that keeps me coming back. Their potato and cheese pierogies with housemade apple sauce and sour cream are a must-try at just $8. Pair that with a Half Acre Daisy Cutter pint for $6, and you're set. The ambiance is laid-back with a retro rec-room vibe, and the staff is always welcoming. Whether you're there for the live music or just to chill, Skylark never disappoints. Just remember, it's cash-only, so hit up an ATM beforehand.

This is the bar to go to in Chicago. Drinks are reasonably priced, food is fantastic, and you can't go wrong with the ambience. In an era of sports bars with TVs everywhere, it's nice to have a local spot where you can chill and bullshit with friends in a cozy environment. I moved a few years back up to the northside, but I still find myself coming back here for the amazing tots and the good drinks. On top of that, they now have a really good brunch with hosted pop ups. No exageration, one of the best bars in Chicago (and probably the world)
