Delivered load to this location. If you are delivering plastic in big bags, enter to the facility from main road you will see moisture shield sign, pass the gate and all the way up till the end, there you will meet guys and ask them where to park. They close gate for night, but assume you can park overnight for morning delivery before the gate

No overnight parking. Tight maneuvering here, to wiggle your way through all the cars. Wide turns! I suggest sliding your tandems all the way up! Upon arriving you will turn right into the first entrance with all the cars, you see a black & white arrow that says Entrance. Then immediately turn left in between the two rows of cars and past this then you will see the docks on your right. Turn left as if you are exiting the gravel dirt parking lot to set up for docks. Small yellow house guard shack to check in. Friendly staff, unloaded & out within 45 minutes on a full truck load.

Strict appointments come 15 minutes before otherwise they might send you as there is no parking available on site. They are quick to load if you are on time.

If you are looking for a company that does not back their product, search no further. Buying their product from Lowe's has been one of the worst customer experiences. First, they did not send the right amount of boards. They fought with Lowe's about correcting this issue. Lowe's finally had to purchase the boards that did not arrive to fulfill my order. Those boards arrived almost 4 months later and the color did not match the original order. A third order of boards were delivered and they matched the first order not the second. Was directed to call MoistureShield direct for assistance and they would not accept a return of the miscolored boards. After some talking, it was agreed that I would have to buy more boards and be reimbursed. That reimbursement has still not arrived but the boards did. And these boards do not match either set of boards. To sum it up, I have 4 orders delivered and only 2 match. There are 3 different colors for 1 board. We are about $7,000 in for the MoistureShield product and can't seem to get a resolution or a representative that actually wants to assist with a resolution.

We purchased this product as it was supposed to be long lasting and significantly less maintenance than a wood deck. Within 3 months, the deck started growing mold. The company suggested a product for us to use. We bore the cost to purchase the product and the time to apply the product, which was not minor, and it did remove the mold, temporarily, and discolored the product. Within 3 months, the mold was back and now the company says we used the wrong product, even though we used what they recommended. So basically, a product that is supposed to be low maintenance, requires us to clear our deck, purchase a cleaner, and apply it every 3 months. Thats clearly more than you would do to maintain a wood deck. And for that we paid a premium as this product is way more expenses than wood, purportedly for the less maintenance it requires. Don't buy this product if you are looking for a product that last longer with less maintenance than wood. Plus the color becomes meaningless because the product needed to clean it discolors the synthetic wood significantly.
