Rose and Staff are first class. They are very flexible and easy to do business with. We are a multi franchise auto dealership and rely on Hazleton to keep us EPA compliant from antifreeze to used oil filters. We at Northside Automotive has been using Hazleton Oil and Environmental for the past 28 years that we have been in business and have never regretted it. They always do there best to respond to our needs in a timely fashion. Recently the gauge on our 1000 gallon waste oil tank failed and did not realize that our tanks were full and had no place to put our waste oil. The staff at Hazleton, although had a very full schedule, were able to manage things so they could remove all of our waste oil within 24 hours. They even offered advice on how to clean up the mess. Also, a few years ago they helped us manage a potentially expensive DEC issue, that too was handled promptly to the DECs satisfaction. I will continue to use Hazleton Oil & Environmental for all my hazardous waste needs, I will never use anyone else.

I have had several issues with safety kleen, so we switched to Hazleton Oil & Environmental. They are so easy to work with in comparison. Drivers and secretaries are super nice and don't hesitate to help.

Been buying used oil for 14years. Last 4 years kept getting delivers of contaminated oil. Metal shavings paper water etc... the company did find the error in their process and Evac my tank due to this.twice. It seems to be more difficult to do business with each year. The employees are miserable and not friendly or helpfully easily frustrated. Yearly pre buy pricing have not been sent out at all for last three years. I remember the last two years to call in myself. I missed it by couple days (yes days) this year and was told after 14 years of business I will not be able to pre buy it was up in July. Meanwhile I called in Aug 5th noone could give me an answer. On Aug 6th I was told to on hang while she checked with Kim. Came back on the phone and said no you to late call back in Oct for on the spot delivery. Not a good way to treat loyal paying pre buy customer. Declining company. Sorry to see this.

STAY AWAY! The last time I used these folks they pumped excess heating oil out of a tank for me and charged me $225.00. This time, with only 73 gallons of heating oil in my tank, they charged me OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS! When I called to see if it was a mistake, the supervisor aggressively "justified" their charges, even though it was clear I was being overcharged. She said she had "no wiggle room" on the invoice. They charged me for several hours of travel time, even though the driver was just minutes away at another job, and heaped on other BS fees and surcharges. Their "quote" was NOWHERE CLOSE to the actual bill, and their justification is that they cannot give you an actual quote until they see how much oil they have to pump. Well, the charge on my invoice for the actual 73 gallons of heating oil was $73.00, the rest of it was trumped up BS fees and charges. I don't know how you people can sleep at night! You shamelessly, and disgustingly, ripped me off!

They were very quick to respond when we were suddenly told we needed to get rid of waste oil drums on the property with very short notice,. We were aware we were asking a lot, but they were considerate of our situation and provided excellent service both administratively and in the field.
