I really like this branch. Elver, the manager, is both very kind and professional. I liked Gideon, but alas, he's moved to a branch outside the neighborhood. My branch recently relocated from 55th and Cornell to 5230 S Lake Park.

Prior to becoming a BMO customer, I banked at Hyde Park Bank for decades. I left because the management was crummy. They made mistakes that cost me money (several hundred in fees) and then management refused to take responsibility for staff mistakes. Dat ain't right.

Staff is extremely tentative and kind! The bank teller even helped me by returning my phone as I’d left it accidentally at the counter. Really nice young lady. And she’s super prompt always ready on par to help. Also two gentleman helped me prior and assisted in opening an account. Incredibly seamlessly relaxed process. Thanks so much guys rooting for you!

I love this branch the manager, the staff and the security officer was very polite with they service when I was there on Monday. The security officer speaks and inform you of the new safety policy before he ask for current ID or Bank card. He also ask what do you need help with because at times he will assist you himself to make sure your visit is done quickly. Thank you all at this location for making me feel so safe keep up the great job.

I get $1250 rent from my tenants. I received $650 via zelle and I deposited $600 cash at this location. I had 6 blue new $100 bills that was sticky. I told the teller give me $50 back. When I went home hours later and checked my receipt I only had $450 deposited and $50 cash in hand. So I’m missing $100. The teller Jalisa keeps telling me she don’t see any discrepancies in her drawer for the week. But I know how much I gave her. I’ve been banking with BMO for over 5+ years and recently had a business account with them. I bank with NavyFed, Bank of America as well and a few other credit unions this has NEVER happened to me. I will be leaving this bank soon if this is not fixed.

$10 check cashing fee If you don't bank w them. (Doesn't matter if they issue the check w your job). I had a good teller, she was just a Lil snippy w her answers to for My 1st time questions, dealing w BMO OR & That specific location.

This Bank preys on it's own customers, They will overdraw your account on purpose,
Account was not overdrawn until they took out a $3:00 dollar ATM fee. Then they charged me $37.00 for overdraft fee, then $7.00 a day each day you are overdrawn. They know I have direct deposit. Why not wait for my next deposit, which is bi weekly.
