EDITED AFTER OWNER RESPONSE:
The owner of this establishment is incredibly rude and unprofessional.
1. This is a real google account and I literally do not even know Angela. I told you in my review I have never left a review somewhere before.
2. Also it is bold to make assumptions about my eating habits? I am a teacher, we commonly skip lunch to do work. The only thing I ate this day was a bowl of cereal, which I know for a fact did not give me sickness.
3. Yes I gave the food 3/5 stars because the food was good? The food can taste good AND make me sick? Two things can be true at once.
4. Am I not allowed to think the service was good? Why does every aspect of my visit have to be negative just because I got sick?
4. What a insane comment to try and call my boss to confirm I actually work there? What benefit do I get out of lying.

This time I attached my photo of the food to prove that I was in fact here. Maybe the owner would like me to also attach a photo of my vomit or diarrhea so he can stop saying I'm lying?

I have not ever left a review somewhere, but I have also never ate somewhere that has made me sick. The food itself was tasty but immediately after eating it I started feeling nauseous. Fast forward to that night, I was puking all night and had to call off of work. I am a teacher nearby, so this was highly inconvenient as I had to prepare sub plans at 6 in the morning while also throwing up. I saw there was another review citing the same experience to which the owner stated if it were true multiple other people would have said something, which prompted me to leave this review. I was just going to leave it be, but after reading that response it seems as if the owners here are scared of accountability.

That being said, the service was great and all the workers were polite and helpful.

I came here on a Thursday night about 9pm. They were about to close at 10 pm, according to Google. Parking wasn't bad that day but I know during peak hours it's very hard to find a park close by. I was immediately greeted upon entering by a very ecstatic and friendly gentleman. I didn't catch his name. I asked for a menu, and he pointed me to a whiteboard near the counter. He was upfront and let me know they were out of a lot of things, and he let me know what they still had. I was happy to hear the quesabirria beef & chicken were still available. That's what I was there for. No card payments are accepted. Payment is through Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.

I was home less than 20 min later. The food was still hot. I'm not exaggerating when I say that these are the best damn quesabirria tacos I've had EVER! I forgot to ask for onions & cilantro, but these really did not need anything extra. The beef was tender and seasoned well. Not overly salty. The cheese was great! I tasted it by itself. Everything just meshed so well together. The star of the show was the consomé. It took the flavor up about 10 notches. I could drink that stuff by itself! The chicken quesabirria taco was just as good. Tender, flavorful, and not skimpy. He also gave me some rice for free. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly.

They have a good thing here. Great customer service and food. It's hard to believe a 4.9 rating on Google because nothing is that good these days, but once you've tried it, you know the rating is legit! I can't wait to go back for the birria Ramen.

My daughter, longtime friend Julia and myself went here last night, on a Dia De Muertos celebration weekend. My friend came to visit from Colorado for the weekend. We all have lived in Colorado, Julia and I are from California and Julia has traveled to many states yet we were all in awe of these tacos! At first I thought they were pricey since we got the 12 pack for $68 but after seeing and tasting them it totally made sense and they were well worth the money. They don't skimp on the ingredients here, tacos were heavy on the delicious white cheese and tender beef, so much so that with each bite I had, there was ALWAYS a bite full of beef and cheese, no matter where you started! They came with a creamy red/pink slightly sweet, spicy and citrusy salsa as well as a green hot salsa, fresh onions and cilantro on the side of course and a container of plentiful beef consume broth to dip the tacos in. To be honest it was just heaven! These tacos will be the golden standard staple from where we measure any other Queso Birria tacos in the future!

I'm certain that my review does not change anything here, this place is simply perfect. There is this super entertaining and extremely friendly guy taking your order and that's basically where the great experience starts at this place. Water is free, prices are fair, place is perfect. Will visit again!

This is a spot where you can get some seriously tasty quesabirria beef tacos. They're packed with cheese and come with a side of beef broth for dipping, which adds a lot of flavor to each bite.

What's cool is that everything here is halal, including the broth, so everyone can enjoy it.

These tacos are pretty big and filling – just two of them were enough to fill us up.

They also come with green salsa that's really lip smacking good. Each dip is like a mini celebration of deliciousness, where the flavors blend together perfectly, creating a moment that’s just like experiencing a chef’s kiss of culinary excellence. It’s the kind of experience that makes you savor every bite and leaves you wanting more.

The staff is friendly and helpful, especially if it's your first time. They'll recommend what's good to try.

The place itself is alright, nothing too fancy, but the food and service make it worth coming back for more.

Oh, and just a heads up, if you order three tacos, finishing the third one might be a bit of a challenge because the portions are generous.

JUST GO… don’t question it. The 4.9 stars and 1.6k+ reviews are not wrong!

Coming from California, these tacos are legit and are now at the top of my list!

The birria tacos were delicious and an order of three will likely fill you up! The birria tacos are also halal, if that’s important to you. The consume was on point and I love the touch with the bay leaf in it.

Tacos here are sold in “packs”. The more you buy, the price per taco goes down a little.

My brother and I ordered the 6 pack and they came out pretty fast. The order came out on two trays with three tacos each and with their own consume, onions, cilantro, lime, and two types of sauces on the side. My brother also got the horchata which he said was smooth, rich, and creamy.

Not a lot seating on the inside, so might be easier for takeout. The tacos do travel well, especially if it’s within a ten minute window.

Lastly, the owner, Ricardo, also made our experience even more amazing. He is friendly, welcoming, engaging, and passionate! He is a G.O.A.T.
