Bought a Franklin house battery. Been the better part of a month. Power tends to go out about every 18-24 hours. Then I have to turn it off, which disconnects my solar as well. The installer comes over and talks with Franklin, and the issues repeat. I wanted to return it. Franklin said go through the place I purchased it from. Kevin at Green Tech says they are just a parts place, go through the manufacturer. You can imagine how annoying that is. Kevin was going to figure it out and call back. Haven’t got that call. This sucks.
