Well, that was some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I went to the service dept and I stood at the window waiting on him to actually pay attention to me. I asked to test my first ever tractor's PTO power (just bought it) and he flat out refused with a smile. So I asked why. And he said "I don't want to get into that conversation". That was the coldest reception I have ever got at a business. I am not saying this is the reason but it sure felt like it is because I am transgender. And he just wanted me to leave.

They worked on our tractor and told us some was under warranty. We paid the driver when he delivered it to our house. A few weeks later we received a bill for $1000. I called and Kay said the part wasn't covered under warranty. It would have been nice if they would have checked with John Deere before doing the repairs. Will never use them again.

Update: Gage called and offered to rebill us for the work that should have been done instead of the work they did. I agreed and appreciated him really taking a look t what happened. Reviews do get results!

Absolute best service, great communication .They went above and beyond for me, they were waiting on brake parts and they would not be delivered until late in the day , brake parts came and technician stayed late to finish and I received my tractor back the next morning. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate their customer care and service. Thank you!!!!!!

Everyone inside John Deere was friendly and helpful. They didn't mind my children running around. My tractor recently had some problems but they were quick to get it in the shop and fixed in about a day.

Not sure who all of the individuals are that have given rave reviews, maybe relatives? Worst ag equipment experiences of our lives. Have cost us major $$$$$$$$$$$$. Had to leave planter sitting for 4 days during planting season and its only 2 years old. Bad, Bad service. Just on one issue, have had many others. John Deere needs to be given bad reviews as well. Suggest buying from elsewhere.

Picked up a piece of equipment that had broken due to a poor manufacturing weld. They made the repair better than when new and took the extra step to strengthen a weld on the same axle.
They then delivered the piece of equipment back to me.
