Stephanie is an amazing educator and has the patience and expertise to create such an outstanding program. The Ajo community is so lucky to have her!! My daughters' love going to Rootworks for homeschool enrichment. She is offering afterschool programs, summer camps, a children's garden, homeschool enrichment, and children's nursery programs. Definitely email, call, or text her and she will provide all of the current details or what she is offering. This program will benefit your child at any stage of growth and I highly recommend Rootworks to anyone who is interested in providing your child with supportive, imaginative, and empowering learning environment!

Rootworks is one place all of my children LOVE to be. Stephanie has created a welcoming, safe, and comfortable space that is so stimulating, creative and fun for kids. My daughter attended Rootworks and it was exactly the nursery school experience she needed to learn from a trusted and caring adult, practice sharing and growing alongside peers, and prepare for a larger school experience. We feel so lucky to have Rootworks in Ajo and Stephanie in our lives.

My kids loved their time at Rootworks. Stephanie was great with them and would send us photos or give updates during the class sessions to put us at ease. My oldest has special needs and I'd never felt comfortable trusting anyone outside of family members to spend time with him, but she is extremely patient and understanding so despite some separation anxiety, things went really well.

She also has different class time options to work with different nap/sleep schedules. Mine are night owls so when we weren't able to attend her morning class, she mentioned her afternoon options and we were able to make that work without changing up our bedtime routine.

We also were in the middle of potty training when we started attending and she was very accommodating. She took them for regular bathroom breaks and didn't have unfair expectations for them.

Ajo is a very small town with limited resources so I wasn't expecting to find a place like this here, but I was pleasantly surprised. I would absolutely recommend checking out her website to see if one of her programs would be a fit for your children.
