There"s no waiting area with shelter for whether purposes, and because of the covid-19 pandemic, you can't sit inside the restaurant and wait on the greyhound busses, therefore having you standing outside in the whether; because of this fault, I must give it a three star (3*) rating.

Not open when we got there. Everyone was thirsty and hungry. Doors locked. Downtown Evansville IN doesn't have Bodega nor fast food

Not a real bus stop persay. More like a spot out back behind mc Donald's sitting on grass. Is greyhound bus stop. For money they chargd for a ticket someone would rent a storage building and make it some place people can get out of weather to wait on bus.

Never answer their phone, called during business hours too. Stopped by the office at 1:45 pm, no one there. McDonald's next door said they called the agent. No wonder there was no answer to the phone. Waiting until 2pm then leaving.

It is in not the nicest area. But it is a bus stop. Passengers passing through or getting off are not many in numbers. People are glad this bus stop is there.

No one at the office buses move through at 3:45 going to STL around 4 going south but i did get my package on board and out the door.

It's located outside. And little seating available. Kinda of like a city bus stop. But it's there and easy to check-in

This was the most horrible experience I've been in. Employees rude no where in the bus terminal to eat for the most part and when there was food ot wad extremely high.will NEVER ride greyhound again
