Well seventh one in last three months. Let's see if this one is done in less than 8 hours for only 130 customers

Win energy is our electricity company. Our power has been out today for 8+ hours and counting. You can't talk to a person, you can only call an automated system and they never give an ETA of when service will be restored. This is the 2nd time in 4 mo's that our power has been out for over 6 hours. The service is terrible.

I cannot say enough about the crews that recently worked so hard to get our power back on. The crew, drove through high river waters plus had to actually get in the frigid water to reconnect. I can’t express how Thankful I am for these men!

Why do Duke Energy customers receive rate decreases, while WIN Energy REMC customers receive rate increases as well as facility fee increases?

Keep an eye on your electric usages i went from $9 a day to 25 over night been watching so called them about it they claimed it was due to my furnace and told me what i have and what it has used around this time passed years... Funny thing is the furnace they claim i had doesnt work and was heated with kerosene those passed few years they dont go by the meters like they say as there readings are wrong on the site the meter itself and the app.. They just charge what they think it should be and last few days been the coldest its been so should have increased with my usage in there books but now that i called them and had pictures to prove it they been steadily dropping my bill down to where it should be you company is a joke and if you dont watch it you will end up with a lawsuit and be a major payout cost you more money then what your bringing in cuz i wont sue for just me ill make sure you pay everyone back for theft if it happens again
