From start to finish, professional, courtesy and explained everything they were going to do. When my roof showed significant damage, I got a spot quote that was fantastic and new sheathing was installed. They were in and out of my yard in just over four hours.

I would use this company again and again. I love my new roof and in feel I got my moneys worth.

Also, after the check cleared, I called them up due to soffit issues they missed. Technician was out to fix it in two days.

We experienced quite a bit of storm damage on our family farm as a result of straight-line wind. Rick and his crew jumped right in and made repairs using existing materials whenever possible and new materials where needed. Not a here today--see ya next week type of repair crew either, they were on the job nearly every day, weather permitting.
Rick has a vast knowledge in the construction/repair industry. He and his crew repaired the metal roofs on century old barns and sheds, replaced siding and windows in a house, and even removed a rock floor in a garage and replaced it with concrete.
We were well pleased with the job and price.

I thought they did good work. IF I pointed out anything thing Rick was on it to change it or fix the problem. I like that Rick work hard to stay in my budget with a positive look. Great job!

I had a very bad experience. Received very shoddy, unprofessional workmanship. Started out ok but as soon as the owner left the worksite, quality control went out the the window.
I had to take time out of my schedule to supervise the workers' every move & still they tried to cut corners wherever possible when they thought I wasn't watching. (i.e.: screws driven through new siding haphazzardly, frequently missing wood supports entirely. As a result, much of siding had to be torn down because it was supported by foam insulation only.)

The owner was at first responsive to my feedback & ordered corrections as I requested. But, as repairing his workers' mistakes began costing him time & money, instead of taking his employees to task, he became extremely rude, hostile & patronizing.to me. Several days ended in exhausting shouting matches just to get something close to what I'd paid for.
I will definitely NEVER hire Master Construction again. Unless you have the time, energy & construction know-how necessary to fight for quality control, I'd advise you to find a more professional company.
