First off I wanna start out by saying The owner of this company is amazing I've never seen someone operate the way I seen her operate her business. She was extremely friendly, and we talked the whole ride she was great company, also she was not only dispatching and taking calls she was the only one driving since 10 am till midnight she was chill and laid back and i will definitely be using this cab service more often. Very good at multitasking and treated her passengers with nothing but respect very nice lady.

Have a unique experience with this company. Tried to get a cab to take us to a wedding. The best part about this company was how fast they answer the phone to tell you their cab will be there in 15-20 minutes. I can assure you the cab wasn’t there in 15-20 minutes after the first call, second call, or third call. I was able to walk to the nearest McDonald’s order my food, eat my food, and in between the first and second call. I proceeded to burn 32 percent of my battery trying to entertain myself in between calls trying to find where our ride was at. All in all we never received a ride and arrived at the wedding over a hour late. Legend has it that the cab is still out there trying to be located.

Never had to use a cab service before but glad I chose this one! They were very quick, the driver was nice and the vehicle was clean! Will definitely use them again if needed.

I called for a ride from pilot truck stop to great clips, the lady was very polite and told me up front they were busy it would be a 30 minute wait, sure enough the taxi pulled up 30 minutes later, the ride back I went and forgot my expensive shampoo and conditioner in the car! I called the dispatcher back and she got in contact with the driver who brought it right back! Thank you so much!

In town for a wedding. Called the company and they said it’d be 30 minutes for a cab to swing by the hotel. Called back again after 40-50 minutes of waiting. They said the cab driver took longer than expected to fill up on gas and it’d be another 15-20 mins. 40 more minutes go by and we call in again to check on our ride and they said they had to grab another van because they were having issues. We cancelled the cab at that point and were upset to have waited almost 2 hours for a cab that never came and missed the wedding. Made the reception though.

Do not expect them to actually follow through. Made an appointment. The dispatcher called me 3 times to confirm. The day before the pickup I called to confirm they had the correct time and location. Apparently they do not share the appointments or any other information that concerns good customer service. I was told “I do not know and did not cause this mixup”.
It is actually stated in their voicemail message to make an appointment for any special pick up times needed. I did that and hours before the pickup I started from square 1 with no ride. They will not take responsibility for their lack of conveying information to their counterparts . Do not do business with them. Lack of Responsibility. No Stars but to post I have to give them 1 star which I will give just to inform others of this business.

Called Dispatch — very polite and took information — responded well and answered follow up calls immediately
Mt. Vernon Airport, IL to Hilton Hotel Saint Louis Airport — $240 quote flat rate — high but reasonable considering time of departure 1900 — picked up our client on time for what should be 1 he 22 min direct — client texted and said he was picking up another customer on the way — Absolutely not told this and certainly not for $240 !! 2 hour 20 min to drop off !! Called and OWNER (the Driver) just blew it off as if Normal — It’s only normal when it is disclosed to the customer! Give me a break — so my client’s 13.5 hour work day turned into 14.5 hour ALL ON MY DIME! I wonder what the other passenger paid
