After having my Catalytic Converter stolen, I called him asking if he could help me. He squeezed me in and he had the part for a difficult to find Converter. Very reasonable, great quality and quick. I was traveling from Chicago to South Carolina. Awesome stand-up guy. Highly recommend him.

Absolutely fantastic. My muffler fell off my car on the highway near Mt. Vernon. While I would have preferred that didn’t happen at all, there was no better place it could have happened if it was going to. I called Chapman’s after 4pm and didn’t get there until 4:30. He got me in right away, stayed late to get me finished up, and the cost was far less than I was expecting. I made it back to Decatur in time for my scheduled doctor’s appointment, which I thought would be impossible after losing my muffler. He definitely went above and beyond. 11/10, would recommend for exhaust services to anyone in the Southern Illinois area. I’m very grateful for the help.

I had experienced issues with my flex pipe and noticed how loud my car sounded, i was originally told somewhere else that it would cost $800, but Chapman fixed it for only $100! I would recommend going here before visiting anywhere else. It was fast and I’m highly satisfied. Very friendly service.

Great work and reasonable price. It's good to know someone does honest work at an honest price. I will be back. You never know what to expect when you schedule work to be done, but Craig was easy to work with and up front with everything from the first time I met him.
