When we initially got the panels customer service was good. However, we have been trying to get ahold of Steve since February about the window screens that we never received and are paying for. I've called and sent Steve many messages since February and still no answer. I feel that this is unprofessional from his behave.

I worked with the owner Steve from Phoenix Solar Panel Systems on our ground mount system. Steve was extremely professional and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Steve was always there for my wife and I when we had questions. We had trouble getting qualified for our solar loan, and Steve went the extra mile to find a finance company that would qualify us. I highly recommend Steve if you are looking to get solar panels!

I didn’t end up installing solar on my house, but speaking with Steve was incredibly helpful in making that decision. He was upfront and honest from the start and walked me through the drawbacks of installing solar with SRP as our electricity provider. Before speaking with Steve, I was lied to by a door to door solar sales person. I’m really thankful that I spoke to Steve afterwards and that he was more interested in helping to inform me, than making a sale. Steve has also put in the effort to create a ton of educational content about solar on his website. I definitely recommend for anyone considering solar to checkout his website and give him a call.

Steve at Phoenix Solar Panel Systems was great to work with. He gave us a fair and affordable price on our solar panel system when other solar companies tried to price gouge us. Steve always kept in communication with us throughout the process from signing the contract to installation. Steve's installation company was very professional and they met my requests on how I wanted the solar panel system installed at my home. My Boyfriend Irving R. applied for solar. We have received a call from collections of the amount of $4,907.61 for breach of contract which did not happen at all . The loan isn't fully canceled till the 25th of October so I don't understand why I am getting a call from collections on your behave, I have not received any notice besides the email . Your company has not been professional with us as a client. Steven advised us to cancel the loan in order to add 5 extra panels he did not clarify that if I was not approved the second time around that we would have to pay a breach of contract. If his company does not remove this I will be taking legal action and he will be hearing from my attorney.

Steve was great to work with as we went through getting our solar panels. He had a lot of information from the tax incentives the government gives to helping understand the monthly costs and such. He was also able to help us when we had to switch companies to get our panels installed. He also maintained contact with us to make sure everything was progressing smoothly and was available any time we had questions. 5 stars all around.

From the consultation, to the day of switching the system on, Steve was there for me and ready to answer all the questions I had about the process and he repeatedly would check in on me to make sure I was nothing less than satisfied. As someone who had no knowledge about Photovoltaic systems he helped me make an informative decision on my purchase and helped explain how to receive the government incentives as well as how the APS export credit program works to save me money on my monthly bill. 10/10 would recommend Steve
