They are liars, i saw online an Echo 2520 leaf blower they were selling a little cheaper than everyone else. I called them to verify if it is a new unit. A salesman confirmed it was a NIB so i ordered it. The shipping was fast i have to give it to them however, the box was decently opened before and resealed. Before opening it I called them. First they told me i need to talk to someone else who is responsible, Those guys do not exist, the prone says "We are closed doe to the winter until march". I called those guys again, they started giving me lame excuses first that they open each box to check if everything is Ok, REALLY? WHO DOES IT, then noticed the box from a different 2620 model, when i asked why, the answer was, "we reuse the boxes" WHAT? where is original one if you open it only to check. I asked if it is a display item, the answer was "No, it is a new not a display.
I understood it is useless to argue with those liars. I hang up and opened the box. Obviously even the item looked like new, it was NOT new, the exhaust had signs of carbon. Ok, i tried to start it, it started but it does not raze RPM as it should, on higher PRMs it bogs, suddenly razes higher, then drops, in short not working evenly. Obviously the unit is defective and someone returned it but those low lives sold it as a new!. Now i have to spend my time to go through all this warranty process.

In addition, is just a cherry on the top, THEY SELL YOUR EMAIL. The very next day after placing the order i started receiving dozens of spam emails, coincidence? i don't think so!

In short, beware with whom you are dealing.

Placed an online order two weeks ago. After 3 business days, I had to reach out for a shipment update. Eventually received a text from a sales associate stating they had to order the parts as it was out of stock, and would be in the following Monday. After waiting two more business days after the restock date was expected for delivery, I had to reach out again for another follow up and the sales associate stated it was delivered to their other location and that he should have it at his location by the end of the week. Come Friday late afternoon, the items were still not shipped out so I demanded a refund. I would NOT recommend online purchasing from this business. I should have never been able to purchase an out of stock item to begin with and second, as a customer, should not have to keep reaching out to get updates on my order that I believe to them, is in no rush to get sent out.

Made a delivery here and unfortunately didn’t turn wide enough and ended up with my trailers in the ditch. Thankfully the gentleman who work here were kind enough to help me out and get me unstuck before a wrecker could be called out. There’s a loading dock that can’t be seen from google maps so definitely enter in first drive of the circular drive for an easy back into dock. Or as they suggest give them a call first! Ordered snow blower online and they've created shipping label right away on Monday. But it wasn't shipped. After 3 days sent email, than another one and had no response. Called them Friday and they've promised that it will be shipped that Friday... Called again Monday and they've blamed UPS. When I decided to cancel order representative said with irony "Good luck to find it somewhere else".

They Canceled order due to a Pay Pal hickup. I called and talked to Larry. They have been burnt by customers who received their merchandise and telling Pay Pal that it was broken and Pay Pal would return their money and then not returning the merchandise. Used my credit card and in less than a week had my tool. A+ service.

I was surprised to receive such poor service as a new customer. I had to waste a lot of my time to get the issue resolved. Although in the end the issue was fixed, I can't see myself shopping here again or making any positive recommendations.
