I'll start by saying that I'm in the roofing industry and the crew that did the install did an excellent job sealing everything up. The entire process was relatively quick from what I understand for typical project timelines from getting the quote to activating the system.

My rep Tyler Taggard was extremely easy to work with and kept me updated at every step. The total project cost in the end was exactly as quoted at the very beginning. This quote was much lower than any other quote I received from 3 other companies with superior panels without sacrificing workmanship or customer service quality.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an affordable and easy solar install process and will be referring them to my roofing clients that are in search of a reputable solar company.

I have considered solar for more than a year now, and am happy to say that I made the decision to move forward, and it has been installed and is operational with no hassle.

I really wanted to take that next step of increasing my home's sustainability by installing a solar panel system. I was a bit weary of solar salespeople and the whole process just because of some of the horror stories I had heard where homeowners had been taken advantage of. Being in sales myself I understood that there are good and bad in every industry and so when I was approached by a neighbor who struck up conversation about installing a solar system, I decided to give it a go. Solfinity Power, and more specifically Joseph Leidner, my solar salesperson / counsultant / project manager / neighbor, delivered one of the best, if not the best, home improvement contracting experiences I have ever had. From day one I was well informed on pros and cons of different options available. I was kept very well updated on what to expect next and any potential challenges would be well explained ahead of time, which allowed solid planning to flow seamlessly into a top quality installation in a timely manner with virtually no delays or costly surprises.

I was especially impressed by industry insight Joseph and the Solfinity Power team displayed that was key in helping everything fall into place in the small window of time we had. Similarly, from the beginning I expressed what financial limitations I had and that if the numbers didn't line up I couldn't move forward at this time. My concerns were heard, and taken seriously, and the costs / savings in the end are damn near spot on from what I was told the first sit down I had with Joseph just a hanful of months ago. I could not have asked for a better experience through every step of this process and I'm excited to utilize my system in the years to come. These guys/gals are top notch and if you are looking for a quality system, and a warm all over fuzzy feeling of confidence though all phases of the installation, this outfit will not disappoint.

I am so happy with my solfinity experience and my gorgeous install. We worked with Sofia Shaer. She came to my door and she was so sweet and down to earth. She was not pushy with us, as we are retired folks that have never trusted any knocker to enter into our home out of fear of scams!!!
