Convenient to the interstate is the best we can say. They advertised one price including all taxes. But total was grossly overpriced do to even higher local taxes. Also, advertised a hot breakfast. Huh? Very light "continental" breakfast. No fruit, nothing healthy unless you count the peanut butter. No toaster. So disappointing. Black mold in tub/shower! Sharp screw portruding from back of the room's front door handle. Dangerous! No hair dryer.... I could go on and on. But when it's late and you've been on the road 11 hrs. it was time to rest. The bed was fine 🙂

The management expresses the same response to each review complaint. This location needs definite attention. Let us, the consumer, know when the repairs, etc have been completed. Then we might be back. And update the online info that posts inaccuracies such as a hot breakfast and local taxes.

The room was musty everything was in place and neat but the fridge was broken the air conditioner didn't work very well. And I got welps from whatever bugs were in there most likely a spider and bedbugs worse hotel ever also there were dogs barking every 5 seconds in the room next to us . Not to mention the breakfast was toast .

Positive: Location is right off the highway. Negative: The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, the bed was old and uncomfortable, and the parking lot and hotel grounds were strewn with garbage.

This is a great value hotel with pet friendly rooms available. The showers could have been cleaner, but the room was overall quiet and was what we needed.

This was the worst hotel ever for a handicapped person! Spent one night in July. Checked into the room at night and the young lady told us that we had room 104. Get the TV to work so went to call the front desk to find out why and the phone didn’t work. Walk to the front desk and was told how to work the TV but it didn’t work still. No smoke alarm in the room has been gutted out of the wall. Went to bed anyway TV turned itself on three times in the middle of the night. Got up in the morning and put my handicap mother into the shower and as she was about to sit down, I realized the chair was about to break. She is not overweight. Took her back out of the shower and realized there was a grab bar on the back wall but not on the sidewall so I had to hold her entire 180 pounds. forfeited the shower for that trip and the water wouldn’t drain anyway. Went to the front desk and young man told me that it was the only handicap room and he could do nothing as far as a discount. It would have to go through management. Management was supposed to call me in 2 to 3 days, but I have received no phone calls. worst hotel I have stayed in. Excuses excuses and no return phone calls. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else!

The rooms are not clean with dirty carpets and bugs crawl on you while you sleep. You can see outside around door frames. The ac units are at ground level and suck in everything from smoke to vehicle exhaust. WiFi doesn't work and TV's only get 6 channels. 100% No refund policy. Last resort only.

This place is absolutely disgusting and should be demolished!!! At 2 am, I was so exhausted from traveling and needed a room to relax before continuing my drive. After opening the door to my room, I pulled back the covers and there were bed bugs crawling all over the pillows!!! 😬I packed my belongings, went to the front desk, and demanded a refund after paying $83 for this dump!!! The racist, lying, front desk clerk claimed she did not know how to perform the transaction and told me the manager would be in the next morning to give me a refund. Right. 🙄I left immediately and booked a room at Super 8 adjacent to this dingy creepy place, and it was clean and comfortable!!! I called back the next day to speak to the manager to inquire about my refund. No surprise. No one answered the phone. I called this morning, and the racist front desk clerk claimed that the manager checked the room and did not see any bed bugs. LIES!!! They can keep the $83. Maybe they can use it to fumigate room 106. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! IT IS BEYOND DISGUSTING!!! 🤮
