Absolutely spectacular service. Had tried another national chain and they never showed up or even called. Got in touch with Junk Remedy and the crew showed up in less than 20 minutes and cleared a full truckload in another 30 minutes. Not to mention, far better pricing, in my experience, when compared with that other national company. On top of all that, they donate what they can to charity?! Yep, NEVER going with another company again, these folks are hands down the best in town. Thank you!!!

Nick was very clear about explaining how the charges get pro-rated based on volume, so although we paid significantly more than a quarter the price of a full load (for our quarter load), the pricing made sense and the quote was provided upfront - and is far more competitive than the big name retailers.

We like it that Junk Remedy doesn't automatically consign your junk to the dump, looking for opportunities for items to be reused or recycled.

Matthew and Caleb arrived on time, we very respectful, and worked quickly and safely.

This is a family business - and it shows. They comport themselves in a personal - and personable - way.

Life savers. They removed 27 years of junk that my husband had collected over the years. It took 3 truckloads and all of the guys were super nice and professional! We used Junk Remedy today for our clean out in Del Webb, Huntley . Nick, Matt and his crew provided exceptional service to us. They showed up on time and got the house completely cleaned out in 3 hours. Then did a final walk through with me to be sure nothing was overlooked.

Definitely recommend this company! They made our move to Florida a little bit easier.
