Unprofessional and reckless company.
Radix has left an open ditch on my property for 3 months. This isn't even my solar going in, it's my neighbors and Radix has destroyed my gravel driveway and made in unaccessible and again they aren't my contractor yet they've caused property damage. I had to put up my own fencing so my 3yr old doesn't fall in. This ditch is 20' long and over 3' deep for 3 months!!!
If you want to pay 70k for a death trap on your property, or get sued for a small child dying in your yard. This is your company.

It took quite a while to get the new solar system operational, but with determination we got to the goal and the system is running and doing well with helping to reduce our dependence on the utility grid. The Radix people have been helpful and patient with my almost constant requests for updates as the weeks and months went by. There were times when I felt the project had been abandoned, but the Radix team kept the effort going, and with several different team visits from technicians the system came together. I was also pleased with the ability of Radix to help with some financial support as the project extended to the point the monthly loan payments were beginning with the system not operating. I am pleased with the ultimate completion of the system and with the ability to monitor the system I can watch the production and the details of the daily operation. Again, a big thank you to the Radix personnel for their efforts and patience in dealing with this project.

Team central did an amazing job during installation. The only downside is that after they left, my side gate was broke and the latch arm is completely missing. I'm sure it wasn't on purpose but a heads up would have helped me not let the animals out with an easy to use wind flap instead of a secure gate. I want to leave fewer stars but I'm still kind of upset...
And looking for the missing latch arm.

Update: the latch arm was located roughly 20' away towards where the gear was set up. I can't know for sure but I'm guessing it caught on something (perhaps the ladders) and fell off near the back door. Regardless, it was found and I was eventually able to fix the damage. I now have a working gate again. Also appears the conduit is not completely connected.

Team Chevy was the crew that came out for the install. They were professional and answered any questions I had. They were efficient and had smiles on their faces.
Great disposition at the end for the summary of the next step of the process.

The whole crew/Team Central was very efficient and got the work done in a timely manner. Terrell the supervisor kept me very informed and was totaly professional. I would recommend this crew/company to anyone.

Our team was Radix team Chevy. They did an awesome job putting in our solar and everything involved with it. They had a high respect for my property in that one guy would not step on a hose until I gave him permission to. I really respect that type of service. They did a very professional job and they were all very friendly. If I had to do it again, I would ask for this team. And it was 97° by the time they finished, and nobody complained about the heat!

Tina and Miguel from team central came out ALL the way to Casagrande to do our solar panel install today! They did a swift job, I barely noticed they were here. I appreciated the communication from Tina’s side letting me know their ETA before they arrived. Overall great service! This has nothing to do with Tina or Miguel, but in the future I recommend Radix company to employ more bilingual employees.

Tina & CREW CENTRAL did an excellent job installing our solar panels! They didn’t even think twice to work on the 4th of July (my only day off) and were thorough and efficient. Pleasant, professional and impressive. Thank you, kindly. 🙂
