We are very happy with the service we received from Pro Radon mitigation. We received a quote on a Monday, accepted the contract the next day. We were given a potential install 3 weeks out and it ended up being done the week we signed the contract. Chris checked out the sump pump cover, all basement floor cracks and measured the airflow in all of the basement window wells. Our radon level is now within acceptable limits. Very happy that he was able to install the pipe and fan inside the home attic. Also was able to paint the boot and exit pipe to match the roof shingles.

One way of reviewing is to see how everything is working several years after the work is completed. I can say Chris does excellent work since our system was installed in June of 2020 and has been working well since then. One time we had a power outage and after a quick call to Chris we got it back online. Although many people opt to have primarily an external piping system for a lower cost we opted to have it installed internally such that only a small portion of the pipe was visible on the roof. We have a hillside ranch and that involved using our lower level laundry room's sump pump pit [which we did not need since we are on higher ground] then into an unused cabinet [which can be opened to check on the system] in our bar area and then through a wall adjacent to and into our garage and then straight up into our roof. Nothing is visible street side against our brown brick ranch nor on either side nor the back facing into our backyard. It was a complex job but Chris did it professionally and to our expectations.
After the install our readings dropped from an average of 7.7 from two monitors to .5, well below the 4.0 EPA threshold.

Please consider using Chris' services especially if you prefer the "invisible" view.

I needed radon mitigation and a sump pump replacement, and Chris took the time to walk me through all the details of his proposal, from how he selects components and suppliers to how the system is built, as well as each contingency that could affect the quote price and by how much.

The team arrived right on time on the scheduled day, and were friendly, polite, professional, and conscientious both about the work they were doing and keeping the space clean while doing it.

After installation, they walked me through the new systems and answered all my questions before I even thought to ask them. I would hire Pro Radon Mitigations again in a heartbeat!
