My husband has been walking to and from work and to and from the grocery store for four weeks, because he has been waiting four weeks for a tire to be installed on a perfectly functioning rim. No repairs, just a new tire. He went in on November 9. It's now December 7 and still no new tire installed. Whatever arrangement the owner made with my husband, he's still walking.

Deleted first review.
I thought I was having a hard time nailing down time for repairs, since my schedule is very difficult. But when the owner and his right hand man learned I was frustrated, they immediately reached out and solved my supposed issue. Quite professional. The store is clean and presentable and Mr. Jon is both affable and approachable and Mr. Brandon takes his shop very seriously. I'm sure this is mighty fine shop for repairs and new purchases for anybody in the Marion area.

My boyfriend Josh took his mountain bike in for a repair. They were able to fix a spoke and straightened the rim for him quickly and he did a great job. They said it was such a simple fix that they didn't charge. He appreciated that and being able to save money without having to buy a new rim. Great family oriented business!

This is a really great bike shop that made the whole process easy. I would highly recommend giving this place a try. You can find bikes for kids, adults, and even electric versions that fold up. The owner was friendly and informative, but not pushy. He had everything tightened and balanced for us when we came back the next morning to get them. The bikes come in a good variety for function and the frame colors are awesome! We will be back and have definitely enjoyed supporting a new business!
