Josh was very easy to talk to, very helpful he also went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my decision to choice him. My roof was leaking in places from the last roofing company he made all repairs for me and sealed everything up perfectly, he gave me the details as to why it was leaking and told me what he would do to fix them the RIGHT WAY. Our roof project was delayed 2 days due to rain, but J. L. Construction delivered quality services and reasonable prices (and yes, you can negotiate the price with Josh and he is willing to give you a good price). We had all my roof, some of my soffits, and shed house roof replaced within 1 day. They were detail oriented and they made sure everything was done right. Josh and his crews were very hardworking and very efficient in getting the job done, with lifetime warranty on my roof. Not only so, his crew members were polite, and respectful. They even used a magnetic stick to pick up all the nails from the ground, cleaned up all the old shingles and plywood from the roof as soon as they finished the roof jobs. In addition, Josh loaned me his pressure washer so we could clean up some of the soffits and walls. Thanks!

Easy company to work with providing details with the roof replacement and damage repair after a tree fell on one corner of the house and damaged the eaves.
Workers were very hard working, conscientious and polite. They did an excellent job and did a superb clean up afterwards.
Good communications with Josh with great explanations of what was to be done and the process to do it. I would not hesitate to do do business with JL Construction should the need arise in the future.
