We've been using Superior for over 9 years. They are fantastic and always quick to help with our septic- we're on our second home with an old system, and Superior came out asap, replaced some pumps and got it working properly so we were able to move in! Kevin, the owner of Superior Wastewater Systems, was very helpful and thorough. He not only knows a lot about septic systems, but has a good grasp of how homes are designed and how the parts, like plumbing and electrical, are supposed to work together. I have a septic system and had a bad smell in the house. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the potential causes and did so at a reasonable price. The problem is fixed and we're thrilled! If I have another issue down the road, I'm calling Kevin. I highly recommend hiring him.
