Avoid This Company – Unprofessional and Evasive

After nearly a week following a hit-and-run incident in New Orleans involving one of their drivers, this company has repeatedly refused to provide their insurance information. Despite multiple requests, they have been evasive and uncooperative, seemingly to avoid accountability for the claim.

Their handling of this situation raises serious concerns about their professionalism and integrity. I would not trust a company that fails to uphold basic legal and ethical responsibilities. If you’re considering working with them, proceed with caution.

Both Eva and Christina from this company have stalled the process, repeatedly stating they would send the necessary insurance information but failing to follow through. Their ongoing delays and lack of transparency make it clear they are not taking responsibility for their driver’s actions.

It's quite obvious that the "RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER" was AI generated...they even left in the "INSERT CONTACT INFO"!

Sunday morning. Pilot in Oak Grove, Kentucky. Plenty of parking all over the lot! Truck 25412 comes into the lot and doesn't even try to back into a spot! Just parks on the curb in front of about 6 trucks! Either this driver lacks basic backing skills or just doesn't care that he's blocking other drivers!
