I went for a oil change and check if everything was fine with my gmc At4. I told them to check the fluids on my truck. Because i was going to Mexico for vacation. Its along trip i wanted everything to he fine with my truck. I told them to not do a rotation on my tires. When i had done. I went to my house and while driving smoke was coming out from my hood. I didn't check anything because i just had done the oil change and check if everything was good. I just went to my house. But the next day my husband ride the truck he said something is wrong with truck smoke was coming out from the hood. He open the hood. The mechanic forgot to put the top of my oil tank. It was splashing everywhere. Thats the reason why smoke was coming out from the hood. ALSO they told that they fill the fluids on my truck and check everything. They told me everything was good. It was ready to go. But to my surprise it was less then half i have a video. They didn't do anything. What a bad service. DEF almost empty, air filter light came on had 20% of life. Told them ro not do a tire rotation. And did it anyway. Did nothing to my truck. What a bad experience never taking my truck to do any service there. What a horrible experience. They are all LIARS don't trust them.

I was in really bad shape & didn't know how I was going to be able to get a new vehicle, but Mitch and the people at Darcy made it happen!! Not only were they professional..but Mitch was very patient while I asked questions and he was helpful in answering them.Later that day.. after completing the paperwork the next thing I knew, I was driving off the lot with my new ride! Thanks so much to Mitch and the people at Darcy GMC! They are the real deal for sure!

Purchased a 2024 Buick Envision on 2/1/2025. This was probably the best car buying experience I ever had. Salesperson Spencer was very knowledgeable and took care of all my requests and concerns. Managers Mark and Mike were able to get me to a price I was very comfortable with. Overall a great job by the whole staff. Highly recommend.

Great experience with the sales + finance team. Really willing to work with you to get you the best deal possible and the entire process was seamless. By the time we agreed on numbers to the time I left was barely 45 minutes, if that. Incredibly structured process.

Sent a message, got a call back, credit check done, went and picked up the Cadillac XT5 2 days later.
Easy peasey. Quickest, best car buying experience I've ever had.
