I jad a water leak in the line to my hydrant.
I called, and a very personable, professional, and knowledgeable gentleman was at my house within 2 hours. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I am also very appreciative of the fast service. The prices for services are very reasonable!

Same day service for a hot water tank leak. Was able to fit me in and got my taken care of in less than 15 minutes. The person answering phones was polite and helpful. The tech, Manny, showed up on time and he was kind as well. Reasonably priced considering same day service and fully back to functioning. Happy with my experience!

HP came out on short notice. Estimate on Friday. Back to install a couple of interior faucets and one exterior faucet. All three technicians were polite and professional. Quick, quality work. highly recommended.

If you need a plumber HP and Mechanical is not a good company.
They do not stand by there services. The plumber that came to my home installed the garbage disposal incorrectly and said I needed an electrician. I called an electrician and to my surprise, was told the installation was done incorrectly. I called the company and explained my situation and was told that someone would call me back. The electrician also spoke with the person who answered my call that day and explained what had happened. To date, I have never received a phone call and each time I call there’s a reason why I can’t talk to someone in charge. I had to pay $450 for the garbage disposal and another two hundred dollars for the electrician whom I didn’t need in the first place. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Bad services and also customer services.
