I went here to go see a apartment with my parents and truthfully I am surprised by what I saw. The property Manger said that the apartment was cleaned and ready to be inspected and moved into. It had dead roaches and everything was being bumped into everything. The fridge was hitting a wall and the drawers were hitting the fridge. The sink was ready to fall off and it was not good. The bathroom was very small and the bedroom had dead roaches all on the floor. There are multiple people living in there that shouldn't be and the mail is far from the apartments

I have lived here for 1.5 years. The roaches are bad, but my boyfriend really hit em hard with the bombs, spray, and traps. So, we really don't have them, because we keep clean. Management is good. They have worked well with us. The neighbors are generally quiet. The area is not great at all. A lot of random people walking by. Parking sucks. We haven't had shelves in our refrigerator door since we moved in. That's one thing management just couldn't answer. The worst part is our apartment is next to the street. So aaall that freeway heat comes in and it's impossible to cool down in the summer. But honestly it's the best apartment in this little mile strip of apartments, I think. It's a small complex, and somehow quiet amongst the hustle and bustle of the freeway.

Very nice and you deserve it after these last fee months. Instead of driving so far or flying far away simply drive a few minutes park and let everyone believe you wasted hours to get away to a far off spot. Disappear and do nothing but let them do it all. A few drinks or if you don't drink relax do nothing and enjoy the hell out of it. After all we have been thru these months kick back and let someone else worry for a change. Enjoy relax be happy.

This is one of the most horrible apartments we have ever lived in. Bed bugs, roaches, alcoholics that fight with everyone, and management don't care. They say it's us bringing them. Not to mention how much mold is on the inside walls. I have started a lawsuit against them for breaking the landlord and tenant act and for not notifying or having the proper pest control company come out for the bed bug. They spray it with what ever they have and keep everything on the hush. I hope who ever rents there are forewarned

I have lived here since Aug. 2012. I like that its a smaller complex. The rent is reasonable. Management has always addressed and fixed anything that needed repair.

They never fix anything and the trash that lives hear and might as well not call the manager cause the will never get back to you
