After having my coil changed in my HVAC there was still an issue with the downstairs unit cooling. The air temp from the upstairs unit not worked on, was about 12 degrees cooler than the one with the $3500 repair. I called the company out that did the repair a couple of times, and they said it was working properly, despite the 12-degree difference in the temps. Out of frustration, I called Gold Eagle, and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue. Further, they resolved some issues with the airflow to the back bedroom that had existed for years, and that the previous company indicated they could not fix without a redesign of the ductwork. We can't recommend Gold Eagle enough.

I got my coil replaced last year and second A/C unit replaced this year. Reputable A/C company that is professionally run with a professional process. Ernesto and Miguel were courteous and professional installers.

Special shoutout to David Jones for his auditing and check up work. He has a deep technical understanding of HVAC units and can quickly identify and resolve issues.

The good thing about using a professional company like this is that they stand behind their work. If they don't do something right the first time, they will come back promptly to fix it.

Absolutely horrible. We have the maintenance plan and have had one issue after another. The last time they came, the service tech said it didn’t need to be cleaned out and one week later we have a clog and our ac is leaking and shut down. I called customer service today and she told me that they actually don’t check the ac during the fall service so if I wanted them to come back and clean the unit appropriately I would need to pay out of pocket. If I am paying for my units to function year round, I would expect more than a change in filters- I want to make sure my units are working. One week after service, I shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket for them to clean it out. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I cancelled our maintenance plan this morning.
