Body Science is fantastic. The workouts are always different and challenging and the personal trainers are very knowledgeable with a focus on safety and proper form so that everyone gets the most out of their workouts. My trainer does a great job of pushing and challenging me with every workout so that I continue to see results week after week. The facility is amazing - it's always so clean and organized, the equipment is great, and everyone who works there is always so welcoming and kind. By far the best option I've found on the North Shore. Highly recommended!

I can't recommend this gym and personal training experience enough!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a professional and friendly team that made me feel right at home. The facility itself is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for an effective workout and most importantly the gym has a very relaxed atmosphere and is never too busy.

What truly sets this gym apart, however, is the personalized attention. The trainers are not only knowledgeable and highly skilled but also genuinely care about your goals and progress.

My trainer is Rafael and I highly recommend him. He tailors every workout to my needs and finds the right balance of pushing me to perform, while also making it an enjoyable experience. I’m proud to say I’ve been consistent and achieving my fitness goals since joining Body Science well over a year ago.

I almost don’t want to write this review because this gym is a secret gem. By far the best gym on the north shore. Tony and his team are incredible and really know their stuff. The gym is beautiful too. Whether you are looking for group classes or one on one instruction this is the place to go.

I joined the club earlier this year. Talk about a friendly environment where hard work is put in, and this is it! Everyone I have encountered ( including fellow gym goers) are very helpful.

I have personal training here and I must say it is top notch. They listen to the client and aid them in their goals and adjust when needed. Quality facility, quality staff, and overall great place to work out.

Body Science has a great new facility and I love having the personalized workouts. My trainer AJ works really well with clients who have physical limitations like I do due to a herniated disc and really accommodates my needs. I really like the fact that they have in house physical therapy and acupuncture. The acupuncturist Oleg did a great job creating a calming environment and explaining every step as it was my first session. I would definitely recommend Body Science if you are looking for a good personal trainer.

I can’t recommend this place enough! The quality of the facility, team, and workout is beyond anything I’ve experienced in other gyms. Everyone there is kind and they really go above and beyond for their people. The machines are top notch and the gym itself is well thought out, maintained, and clean.

I’ve been doing personal training with AJ now for 8+ months and started seeing results within a few weeks. He’s helped me get back to feeling strong and enjoying exercise postpartum. Highly recommend!
